Expertly crafted as always to deliver the quality you’ve come to expect from Perlick, these new models move way beyond basic with thoughtful amenities you just can’t get from other back bar equipment suppliers. Each unit is fully customizable to accommodate virtually any bar conguration.
Available in single-zone, dual-zone, narrow-door, pass-thru and sliding-door back bar models, each unit starts with a base model and is designed based on your specied options. You have full control of your cabinet’s look and function. The following is a step-by-step illustration on how to build a back bar to meet your every want and need.

With the options chosen above, the customer would receive a 2-door, self-contained, stainless steel cabinet programmed to a single-zone white wine temperature. The left compartment is a glass door with left hinge and features ve (5) full-extension wine shelves. The right compartment features wine drawers that can accommodate upright bottles and cradled bottle storage below.
