• This product should only be installed by someone of good mechanical aptitude, and fully understands
these instructions.
• Never exceed the Maximum UL Load Capacity on page 1.
• Always use an assistant or mechanical lifting equipment to safely lift and position equipment.
• Tighten screws fi rmly, but do not overtighten. Overtightening can damage the items, greatly reducing their holding
power.
• The cart is not affi xed or secured to the fl oor, and may therefore tip over and/or fall if display and/or cart is shaken
or hit. Always monitor children and do not let children play alone around cart as they could get hurt by a falling
display. Not recommended for use in areas with heavy traffi c.
• This product is intended for indoor use only. Use of this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal
injury.

Insert right leg (E) into column base (C) as shown in fi gure 1.1. Then line up holes of right leg with holes in column
1
base. Fasten right leg to column base using two 3/8-16 x 1-1/2" bolts (G) and two joint connectors (H), tighten using
3/16" allen wrench (P) and 7/32" allen wrench (O) as shown in fi gure 1.2.
NOTE: Left and right legs can be identifi ed by looking at the cart from the front.
Repeat for left side of column base with left leg (F).

Insert columns (D) over column base supports (C)

and align cable management holes. Secure columns
to column base supports using four 5/16" socket
screws (K). Tighten screws using 3/16" allen
wrench (P).
Insert two 1/4-20 x 12mm socket screws (L) into

column bracket (A) using 4mm allen wrench (N),
leaving 3/16" of exposed thread as shown in detail 1.

Installing Adapter Plate
WARNING
• Tighten screws so adapter plate is fi rmly attached. Do not tighten with excessive force. Overtightening can cause
stress damage to screws, greatly reducing their holding power and possibly causing screw heads to become
detached. Tighten to 40 in. • lb (4.5 N.M.) maximum torque.
• If screws don't get three complete turns in the display inserts or if screws bottom out and adapter plate is still not
tightly secured, damage may occur to display or product may fail.
To prevent scratching the display, set a cloth on a fl at, level surface that will support the weight of the display. Place

display face side down. If display has knobs on the back, remove them to allow the adapter plate to be attached.
Place adapter plate (B) on back of display. Align to holes then attach the adapter plate to the back of the display
using the appropriate combination of screws, multi-washers, and spacers as shown in fi gure 7.1 or 7.2.
NOTE: Top and bottom mounting holes on display must be used for attaching brackets.
NOTE: Verify that all holes are properly aligned, and then tighten screws using a phillips screwdriver.

Attaching Display using VESA 100, 200 or VESA 300 Mounting Pattern

For Flat Back Display
Select the screws from the baffl ed fastener pack that best fi t your display. Begin with the shortest length screw,

hand thread through multi-washer and
three full turns into the mounting hole and fi t snug into place. Do not overtighten. If screw cannot make three full
turns into the display, select a longer length screw from the baffl ed fastener pack. Repeat for remaining mounting
holes and tighten screws.
NOTE: Spacers may not be used, depending upon the type of display.

For Bump-out or Recessed Back Display
Select the screws from the baffl ed fastener pack that best fi t your display. Begin with longer length screw, hand

make at least three full turns into the mounting hole and fi t snug into place. Do not overtighten. If screw cannot
