Parts may appear slightly different than illustrated.
• Concrete must be 3000 psi density minimum. Lighter density concrete may not hold concrete anchor.
• Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined load of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.
Use ceiling plate (C) as a template to mark six mounting holes on concrete ceiling. Drill six 3/8" (10 mm) dia. pilot

holes to a minimum depth of 3". Place concrete expansion anchors (L) into ceiling and tighten to secure. Remove
bolt and washer from anchor housing. Place ceiling plate over anchors and secure with bolt and washer from
anchor housing. Tighten all fasteners.
WARNING
• Tighten screws so that ceiling assembly is fi rmly
attached, but do not overtighten. Overtightening
can damage screws, greatly reducing their holding
power.
• Always attach concrete expansion anchors directly
to load-bearing concrete.
• Never attach concrete expansion anchors to
concrete covered with plaster, drywall, or other
fi nishing material.

Installing Tilt Plate to Main Enclosure Assembly
WARNING
• Tighten screws so tilt plate (B) is fi rmly attached. Do not tighten with excessive force. Overtightening can cause
stress damage to screws, greatly reducing their holding power and possibly causing screw heads to become
detached. Tighten to 40 in. • lb (4.5 N.M.) maximum torque.
NOTE: Follow instructions with main enclosure assembly for removal of bay door and vertical brackets.

Thread six 1/4-20 x .75" socket cap screws (G) with washers (M) through tilt plate (B), main enclosure assembly
(sold separately), seal washer (provided with enclosure assembly), and nylock nut (H) as shown below. Tighten all
fasteners using a 3/16" allen wrench.
