
WIRELESS USER GUIDE (BLACK MODEL)
Note: The TALK button is represented by a silver button depicting a small green
handset. The HANG-UP button is represented by a silver button depicting a
small red handset. The SCROLL button is the silver button in between these two
buttons with 4 small arrows.
Important: If wireless battery is permitted to completely run out, the unit will not
operate again after recharge unless first powered up. To power up, press and
hold the HANG-UP button for at least 5 seconds.
PLACING A CALL
1) Press the green TALK button.
2) The system will provide you with a free line.
3) Dial the phone number you desire.
ANSWERING A CALL
1) While the phone is ringing, press the green TALK button.
2) Speak to the caller.
SPEAKERPHONE
1) At any time, press the TALK button once for a normal call, twice for a
speakerphone call, or three times for a monitor call (muted speaker).
PLACING A CALL ON HOLD
1) While on a call, press the HOLD button.
2) The call will be placed on hold. You can take the call off hold on any
phone.
3) Press the red HANG-UP button to hang up the wireless phone.
RETRIEVING A CALL THAT IS ON HOLD
1) Press the INFO button once to see the status of the lines. Lines in use will
be indicated with a bracket around the line number. Lines on hold will be
indicated by a set of flashing brackets.
2) Press the desired line button.
3) Speak with the caller.
4) Note: If the desired line is not displayed, press the INFO button repeatedly
until the desired line is displayed.
SELECTING A SPECIFIC LINE
1) If the desired line is featured on the display, press the line button.
2) If the line is not featured on the display, press the INFO button
repeatedly to cycle thorough the available lines. Once the line is
displayed, press the desired line button.
PLACING AN INTERCOM CALL
1) Press the FUNC button.
2) Dial 1 (Note the word INT in white next to the digit 1).
3) Dial the appropriate extension number.

INCREASING / DECREASING VOLUME
1) While on a call, press the up or down arrow on the SCROLL button
(large silver button in the center of the phone).
2) During a speakerphone call the speaker volume will alter.
3) During a handset call the handset volume will alter.
RAISING / LOWERING RINGER LEVEL
1) Do not press the TALK button.
2) Press the up or down arrow on the SCROLL button (large silver button in
the center of the phone).
3) Ringer volume will increase or decrease. Ringer can be turned off by this
method as well. As you continue to press the down arrow, the phone will
enter a vibration mode (no ring, just vibrate). An additional press of the
down arrow button results in a meeting mode (see manual for details).
Finally, if the down arrow button is pressed and held for a few seconds in
meeting mode, the phone will enter a privacy mode during which it will
no longer ring or vibrate.
MAKING AN ALL-PAGE
1) Press the INFO button repeatedly until the word PGE (Page) is displayed.
2) Press the button below the word PGE.
3) Make an all page.
ANSWERING AN ALL-PAGE
1) While a person is making an all-page:
2) Press the INFO button repeatedly until the word ANS (Answer) is
displayed.
3) Press the button below the word ANS
4) You will be connected to the person making the all page.
REDIAL
1) Press the TALK button.
2) Press the left arrow on the SCROLL button.
3) The phone will redial the last number.
CALL WAITING
1) While on a call, press the FUNC button.
2) Dial 3 to select Flash (note the word FLASH in white next to the digit 3).
3) Speak to second caller.
4) Repeat procedure to return to original caller (or simply wait for the phone
company to reconnect you to caller).
BARGING IN ON A CALL
3) Press the TALK button.
4) Press the desired line button that is presently in use.
5) A busy signal will be heard to indicate that someone is using the line.
6) Dial the digit “3”.
7) You will now join the conversation.
8) If the other person in the house intends to hang up and leave you
connected to the caller, ask them to press the TRANSFER button first.
