Recorded audio data from the starting point to the ending point is saved as a file. The saved data is called a file.

Folder

This is where files are stored. This unit has the following folders.

• “MIC” folder for microphone recording (➜ page 12).

• “LINE” folder for files recorded from other devices connected to this unit (➜ page 30).

• “MUSIC” folder for music (➜ page 25).

Up to 199 files can be recorded in the “MIC” and “LINE” folders. Folders are created in the internal memory. When an SD card

(➜ page 24) is inserted, folders are created in the same way on the SD card.
