Van harte gefeliciteerd met de aanschaf van uw Panasonic digitale mobiele telefoon. Deze telefoon werd ontworpen voor
gebruik op de volgende GSM-netwerken: GSM900, GSM1800 en GSM1900. Hij biedt tevens ondersteuning voor GPRS voor
packet-dataverbindingen. Zorg ervoor dat de batterij voor het gebruik volledig is opgeladen. Panasonic Mobile Communi­cations Development of Europe Ltd. verklaart dat de EB-G70 aan de fundamentele en andere toepasselijke vereisten van

Veiligheidsvoorschriften

Lees de volgende informatie aandachtig door om vertrouwd te raken met de werking van uw telefoon en deze op een
veilige en milieuvriendelijke wijze en overeenkomstig de statutaire vereisten voor mobiele telefoons te gebruiken.

De telefoon mag uitsluitend door goedgekeurde
oplaadapparaten worden opgeladen om een
optimale prestatie te garanderen en
beschadiging van uw telefoon te voorkomen.
De goedkeuring van dit apparaat vervalt door
enig ander gebruik dat tevens gevaarlijk kan zijn.
Controleer of de nominale spanning van de
snellader compatibel is met de spanning van het
land waarin u hem gebruikt.
Een snellader (EB-CAG70xx*) wordt met de
hoofdkit meegeleverd.
N.B.: *xx identificeert het ladergebied, b.v. CN,
EU, UK, AU, US.

Het gebruik van andere dan de door de
fabrikant aanbevolen batterijen kan een gevaar
voor de veiligheid vormen.

Als u een functie gebruikt waarbij de
toetsverlichting gedurende lange tijd wordt
gebruikt, zoals een spelletje of de browser, dan
wordt de levensduur van de batterij hierdoor
aanzienlijk verkort.

Schakel uw mobiele telefoon uit wanneer u zich
in een vliegtuig bevindt. Het gebruik van mobiele
telefoons in een vliegtuig kan gevaar opleveren
voor het functioneren van het vliegtuig, kan het
mobiele netwerk ontwrichten en kan ook illegaal
zijn. Het zich niet houden aan deze instructies kan
ertoe leiden dat de overtreder het gebruik van
mobiele telefoondiensten tijdelijk of permanent
wordt ontzegd en/of leiden tot rechtsvervolging.

De batterij niet verbranden of als gewoon huisvuil
wegwerpen. De batterij moet overeenkomstig
de plaatselijke wetgeving worden vernietigd of
gerecycleerd.

Belangrijke informatie

Gebruik de telefoon bij voorkeur niet in een
benzinestation. Wij herinneren u eraan dat
u zich dient te houden aan beperkingen wat
betreft het gebruik van radioapparatuur bij
brandstofopslagplaatsen, chemische bedrijven
en op plaatsen waar met springstoffen wordt
gewerkt. Stel de batterij nooit bloot aan extreme
temperaturen (hoger dan 60°C).

Gebruikers moeten te allen tijde in controle
blijven van hun motorvoertuig. Houd de telefoon
niet in uw handen tijdens het autorijden, maar
stop eerst op een veilige plaats. Spreek niet in
een handsfree microfoon als u hierdoor uw
aandacht niet op de weg kunt houden. U dient
altijd volledig op de hoogte te zijn van bijzondere
beperkingen inzake het gebruik van mobiele
telefoons in het gebied waar u doorheen rijdt
en u dient deze te allen tijde na te leven.

Wees voorzichtig wanneer u de telefoon dichtbij
medische apparaten zoals pacemakers en
gehoorapparaten gebruikt.

Houd de telefoon vast zoals een gewone
telefoon om deze zo efficiënt mogelijk te
gebruiken. De antenne niet aanraken of met
beide handen afschermen terwijl de telefoon
is ingeschakeld om verslechtering van de
signaalkwaliteit of antenneprestatie te
voorkomen. (Zie “SAR”).

4 Belangrijke informatie

Het zonder toestemming aanbrengen van
wijzigingen of hulpstukken kan de telefoon
beschadigen en inbreuk plegen op de
heersende reglementering. Het gebruik van niet­goedgekeurde modificaties of toevoegingen
kan uw garantie doen vervallen. Dit doet geen
afbreuk aan uw statutaire rechten.

Dit toestel mag alleen worden gebruikt met door
Panasonic goedgekeurde accessoires om zeker
te zijn van optimale prestaties en schade aan
uw telefoon te voorkomen. Panasonic is niet
aansprakelijk voor schade veroorzaakt door niet
door Panasonic goedgekeurde accessoires.

Deze mobiele telefoon van Panasonic werd
ontworpen, vervaardigd en getest om aan
de vereisten te voldoen van de richtlijn inzake
blootstelling aan radiofrequentie die van kracht
waren op de fabricagedatum overeenkomstig
de reglementering van de Europese Unie en
de Amerikaanse FCC- en Australische
ACA-reglementering.

Deze telefoon moet overeenkomstig de toepasselijke
internationale of nationale reglementering of eventuele
restricties inzake het gebruik hiervan voor specifieke
toepassingen en in specifieke omgevingen worden

Uw telefoon kan persoonlijke informatie opslaan en
versturen. Wij raden u aan om persoonlijke of financiële
informatie ergens anders dan in uw telefoon te bewaren.
U dient de beveiligingsfuncties zoals telefoonblokkering
en/of SIM-kaart blokkering van de telefoon voor het
beveiligen van opgeslagen informatie te gebruiken.
Panasonic aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor
enig verlies, van welke aard dan ook, voortvloeiende uit
het verlies van data, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt
tot directe en indirecte schade (met inbegrip maar niet
beperkt tot gevolgschade en winstderving).

Uw telefoon kan informatie en data uit externe bronnen
downloaden en opslaan. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om
ervoor te zorgen dat u geen inbreuk pleegt op het hierop
rustende auteursrecht of andere toepasselijke wetgeving.

DEZE

TELEFOON VAN PANASONIC (MODEL EB-G70

Uw mobiele telefoon is een radiozender en -ontvanger. Bij het ontwerp en de productie is het uitgangspunt geweest dat
het apparaat niet de normen voor blootstelling aan energie van radiofrequenties (RF) overschrijdt zoals die zijn aanbevolen
door de Raad van de Europese Unie. Deze beperkingen maken deel uit van uitgebreide richtlijnen en vastgestelde
geoorloofde niveaus van RF-energie voor het publiek. De richtlijnen zijn ontwikkeld door onafhankelijke wetenschappelijke
organisaties via periodieke en grondige evaluatie van wetenschappelijk onderzoek. In de normen is een ruime
veiligheidsmarge opgenomen om de veiligheid te verzekeren van iedere gebruiker, ongeacht leeftijd of gezondheid.

Voor de norm voor blootstelling aan deze energie in het geval van mobiele telefoons wordt gebruik gemaakt van een
maateenheid die bekend is onder de naam SAR (Specific Absorption Rate, het geabsorbeerde vermogen per massa­eenheid van weefsel uitgedrukt in Watt per kilogram [W/kg]). De SAR-grens die door de Raad van de Europese Unie
is aanbevolen is 2,0 W/kg*. Er zijn tests voor SAR uitgevoerd waarbij de normale bedieningsposities zijn gebruikt en de
telefoon op het hoogste toegestane vermogen radiogolven uitzond over alle geteste frequentiebanden. Hoewel de SAR is
vastgesteld op basis van het hoogste gecertificeerde vermogen, kan het werkelijke SAR-niveau van de telefoon bij gebruik
beduidend lager zijn dan deze maximumwaarde. Dit heeft te maken met het feit dat de telefoon zo is ontworpen dat deze
werkt op verschillende vermogensniveaus, zodat afhankelijk van waar u zich bevindt, het vermogen wordt gebruikt dat
nodig is om de netwerkzenders te ontvangen en te bereiken. In het algemeen geldt dat hoe dichter u bij de antenne
van een basisstation bent, des te geringer het geleverde vermogen is.

Voordat een telefoonmodel aan het publiek verkocht kan worden, dient bewijs te worden overgelegd van conformiteit met
de Europese R&TTE-richtlijn. Deze richtlijn bevat een essentiële eis, de bescherming van de gezondheid en veiligheid van de
gebruiker en derden. De SAR-waarde van dit model telefoon, bij tests van het gebruik tegen het oor, voor conformiteit met
de norm bedroeg 0,770 W/kg. Hoewel er verschillen zijn tussen SAR-niveaus van verschillende telefoons en in verschillende
posities, voldoen ze allemaal aan de EU-normen voor blootstelling aan energie van radiofrequenties.

* De SAR-limiet voor mobiele telefoons die door het publiek worden gebruikt is 2,0 watt/kilogram (W/kg) gemiddeld over tien
gram weefsel. De limiet heeft een aanmerkelijke veiligheidsmarge om het publiek extra bescherming te bieden en om rekening
te houden met eventuele afwijkingen in de metingen. SAR-waarden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van nationale eisen aan

Drukken op één van de toetsen kan een luide
toon voortbrengen. Houd de telefoon weg
van uw oor wanneer u op de toetsen drukt.

Buitengewoon hoge of lage temperaturen
kunnen een voorbijgaand effect hebben op
de werking van uw telefoon. Dit is normaal en
betekent niet dat de telefoon defect is.

De kwaliteit van het scherm kan verslechteren
als u de telefoon gedurende lange tijd gebruikt
in een omgeving van meer dan 40°C.

De telefoon niet veranderen of demonteren.
De telefoon bevat geen onderdelen die door
de gebruiker onderhouden moeten worden.

De telefoon niet aan buitensporige trillingen
of schokken blootstellen.

De batterij niet laten vallen.

Contact met vloeistoffen vermijden. De batterij
onmiddellijk verwijderen als de telefoon nat
wordt en contact opnemen met uw leverancier.

Laat het toestel niet in de zon of in een vochtige,
stoffige of hete omgeving liggen.

De batterij nooit in vuur wegwerpen. Ze zou
immers kunnen ontploffen.

Metalen voorwerpen die contact kunnen maken
met de Contactpunten uit de buurt van de
telefoon/batterij houden.

De batterijen kunnen uw bezittingen bescha­digen en letsel of brandwonden veroorzaken
als de Contactpunten van de batterij met een
geleidend materiaal (zoals metalen sieraden,
sleutels e.d.) in contact komen.

De batterij altijd in een goed geventileerde
ruimte en niet in direct zonlicht bij een tempe­ratuur van +5°C tot +35° C opladen. De batterij
kan niet buiten dit temperatuurbereik worden
opgeladen.

Voor het aansluiten van de telefoon op een
externe bron moet u altijd de gebruiksaanwijzing
van het apparaat voor aansluitinstructies en de
veiligheidsvoorschriften lezen. Controleer of de
telefoon compatibel is met het product waarop
u hem aansluit.

Raadpleeg de plaatselijke autoriteiten omtrent
informatie over recycling als u de verpakking
of oude apparaten wilt wegwerpen.

GSM-garantiebepalingen van Panasonic voor Europese service

Geachte klant,
Van harte gefeliciteerd met de aanschaf van deze digitale gsm van Panasonic. De Europese Panasonic GSM-garantieservice is alleen
van toepassing wanneer het product wordt gebruikt in een ander land dan waar het werd gekocht.
In alle andere gevallen kunt u aanspraak maken op uw nationale garantie. Wanneer uw gsm van Panasonic in het buitenland moet
worden gerepareerd, gelieve contact op te nemen met het plaatselijke servicepunt vermeld in dit document.

De garantie
De Europese gsm-garantie geldt in het algemeen 12 maanden voor de telefoon zelf en 3 maanden voor de oplaadbare batterij. Betreft
het een product dat in een ander land wordt gebruikt dan waar het is gekocht, dan heeft de klant, niettegenstaande de hieronder
aangevoerde condities, in dat land waar het product wordt gebruikt recht op deze garantieperiode van respectievelijk 12 en 3 maanden,
indien deze condities gunstiger zijn dan de in dat land van toepassing zijnde garantiebepalingen.

Garantiebepalingen
Wanneer de koper een garantieservice vraagt, dient hij dit garantiebewijs samen met een aankoopbewijs naar een erkend servicepunt
te brengen.
De garantie dekt defecten tengevolge van fabricage- of ontwerpfouten; andere oorzaken zoals toevallige beschadiging, hoe ook
veroorzaakt, slijtage, achteloosheid, aanpassing, modificatie of reparatie die zonder onze goedkeuring zijn uitgevoerd, zijn niet gedekt.
Het enige en exclusieve rechtsmiddel volgens deze garantie is de reparatie of, ter beoordeling van Panasonic, de vervanging, van het
product, of van defecte onderdelen. De koper heeft geen recht op andere rechtsmiddelen met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot
incidentele of gevolgschade of verlies van welke aard dan ook.
Deze garantie is een aanvulling op uw statutaire rechten of andere consumentenrechten en doet geen afbreuk aan deze rechten.
Deze garantie is geldig in alle landen die in dit garantiebewijs vermeld zijn in de erkende servicecentra voor dat land.

EU-garantie

Garantie voor EU/EER: Voorwaarden geldig in andere landen dan het land van aankoop.

Zodra de koper vaststelt dat het toestel defect is, moet hij in het EU/EER­land waar uitvoering van deze garantie wordt gevraagd, onmiddellijk
contact opnemen met de aangeduide verkoper of de nationale distributeur,
zoals vermeld in de „Product Service Guide” of met de dichtstbijzijnde
erkende dealer en dient hij dit garan-tiebewijs en een gedateerd
aankoopbewijs voor te leggen. De koper zal dan geïn-formeerd worden of:

(i) de verkoper of de nationale distributeur de reparatie zal uitvoeren, of
(ii) de verkoper of de nationale distributeur het toestel zal verzenden naar

het EU/EER-land waar het toestel oorspronkelijk op de markt was
gebracht, of

(iii)de koper het toestel zelf naar de verkoper of nationale distributeur in het
EU/EER-land waar het toestel oorspronkelijk op de markt was gebracht
mag sturen.

Als het toestel een model is dat de verkoper of nationale distributeur in het
land waar de koper het gebruikt normaal ook wordt geleverd, dan moet het
toestel, samen met dit garantiebewijs en een gedateerd aankoopbewijs op
de aansprakelijkheid van de koper worden geretourneerd naar deze
verkoper of distributeur, die de reparatie zal uitvoeren. In sommige landen
duiden de verkoopfilialen of de nationale distributeur dealers of bepaalde
servicecentra aan die de reparatie uitvoeren.

Als het toestel een model is dat in het land waar het wordt gebruikt
gewoonlijk niet wordt geleverd, of als de interne of externe
producteigenschappen van het toestel verschillen van die van het
gelijkwaardige model in het land waar het wordt gebruikt, kan de verkoper
of de nationale distributeu r de reparatie onder garantie laten uitvoeren door
reserveonderdelen in het land waar het toestel oorspronkelijk op de markt

It is advised not to use the equipment at a

THIS PANASONIC PHONE (MODEL EB-G70) MEETS THE EU REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPOSURE TO RADIO WAVES.

Your mobile phone is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the limits for exposure
to radio frequency (RF) energy recommended by The Council of the European Union. These limits are part of comprehensive
guidelines and establish permitted levels of RF energy for the general population. The guidelines were developed by
independent scientific organisations through periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The limits include
a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health.

The exposure standard for mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate or SAR.
The SAR limit recommended by The Council of the European Union is 2.0 W/kg*. Tests for SAR have been conducted using
standard operating positions with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands.
Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can
be well below the maximum value. This is because the phone is designed to operate at multiple power levels so as to use
only the power required to reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a base station antenna, the lower the power
output.

Before a phone model is available for sale to the public, compliance with the European R&TTE directive must be shown. This
directive includes as one essential requirement the protection of the health and the safety for the user and any other person.
The SAR value for this model phone, when tested for use at the ear, for compliance against the standard was 0.770 W/kg.
While there may be differences between the SAR levels of various phones and at various positions, they all meet the EU

Pressing any of the keys may produce a loud
tone. Avoid holding the phone close to the ear
while pressing the keys.

Extreme temperatures may have a temporary
effect on the operation of your phone. This is
normal and does not indicate a fault.

The display quality may deteriorate if the phone
is used in environments over 40°C for a long time.

Do not modify or disassemble the equipment.
There are no user serviceable parts inside.

Do not subject the equipment to excessive
vibration or shocks.

Do not drop the battery.

Avoid contact with liquids. If the equipment
becomes wet, immediately remove the battery
and contact your dealer.

Do not leave the equipment in direct sunlight or
a humid, dusty or hot area.

Never throw a battery into a fire. It may explode.

Keep metallic items that may accidentally touch
the terminals away from the equipment/battery.

Batteries can cause property damage, injury, or
burns if terminals are touched with a conductive
material (i.e. metal jewellery, keys, etc.).

Always charge the battery in a well ventilated
area, not in direct sunlight, between +5°C and
+35°C. It is not possible to recharge the battery

This warranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect
any statutory or other rights of consumer purchasers. This
warranty applies to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man &
Channel Islands only, for users in Eire, please contact your
retailer or supplier. The warranty period is 12 months from
date of purchase and is applicable to the original purchaser
only.
The product is approved for use on GSM mobile telephone
system and should only be used for normal purposes and
in accordance with the standard operating instructions.
The warranty covers breakdowns due to manufacturing
or design faults; it does not apply to damage, however

travelling in countries other than where the product was purchased. Your local guarantee is applicable in all other cases. If your

The Guarantee
The applicable period of the European wide guarantee for GSM is generally 12 months for the main body and 3 months for the
rechargeable battery. With respect to a product used in a country other than a country of purchase, notwithstanding what is stated in the
conditions below, the customer will benefit, in that country of use, from these guarantee periods of, respectively, 12 and 3 months, if
these conditions are more favourable to him than the local guarantee conditions applicable in such country of use.

EU/EEA – Wide Guarantee: Conditions applicable in any country other than the country of original purchase.

When the purchaser finds the appliance to be defective, he should
promptly contact the proper sales company or national distributor in the
EU/EEA country where this guarantee is claimed, as indicated in the
“Product Service Guide” or the nearest authorised dealer together with this
guarantee and proof of date of purchase. The purchaser will then be
informed whether:

(i) the sales company or national distributor will handle the repair service;
or

(ii) the sales company or national distributor will arrange for trans­shipment of the appliance to the EU/EEA country where the appliance was
originally marketed; or

(iii) the purchaser may himself send the appliance to the sales company or
national distributor in the EU/EEA country where the appliance was
originally marketed.

If the appliance is a product model which is normally supplied by the sales
company or national distributor in the country where it is used by the
purchaser, then the appliance, together with this guarantee card and proof
of date of purchase, should be returned at the purchaser’s risk and
expense to such sales company or distributor, which will handle the repair
service. In some countries, the affiliated sales company or national
distributor will designate dealers or certain service centres to execute the
repairs involved.

If the appliance is a product model which is not normally supplied in the
country where used, or if the appliance’s internal or external product

période, comme un jeu ou le navigateur, l’auto­nomie de la batterie s’en trouvera extrêmement
réduite.

vous trouvez dans un avion. L’utilisation des
téléphones cellulaires dans un avion peut être
dangereuse car elle risque de perturber le
réseau cellulaire. Elle peut également être

RADIOELECTRIQUES.

Votre téléphone mobile est un émetteur et un récepteur radio. Il est conçu et fabriqué de manière à ne pas dépasser les
limites d’exposition aux radiofréquences (RF) recommandées par le Conseil de l’Union européenne. Ces limites font parties
de recommandations complètes et elles établissent les valeurs admissibles d’exposition du public aux radiofréquences. Les
recommandations ont été élaborées par des organisations scientifiques indépendantes, à l’aide d’évaluations périodiques
et approfondies d’études scientifiques. Les recommandations comprennent une marge de sécurité importante afin d’assu­rer la sécurité de toutes les personnes, sans tenir compte de leur âge ou de leur état de santé.

La norme d’exposition applicable aux téléphones mobiles utilise une unité de mesure appelée Specific Absorption Rate ou
SAR, en français DAS (Débit d’Absorption Spécifique). La limite de SAR recommandée par le Conseil de l’Union européenne
est 2,0 W/kg*. Les tests de contrôle du SAR sont effectués en utilisant le téléphone dans des positions standard et en trans­mettant au plus haut niveau de puissance certifié dans toutes les bandes de fréquences testées. Même si le SAR est déter­miné au plus haut niveau de puissance certifié, le niveau réel du SAR du téléphone pendant son fonctionnement peut se
situer bien en dessous de la valeur maximum. La raison en est que le téléphone est conçu pour fonctionner à des niveaux
de puissances multiples de manière à n’utiliser que la puissance requise pour atteindre le réseau. En général, plus vous êtes
proche d’une station de base, moins la puissance de sortie du téléphone est élevée.

Avant qu’un modèle de téléphone puisse être commercialisé auprès du public, la conformité à la directive européenne R&TTE
doit être établie. Une des exigences essentielles de cette directive concerne la protection de la santé et la sécurité de l’utilisateur
et de toutes les autres personnes. La valeur du SAR pour ce modèle de téléphone lors des tests d’utilisation à l’oreille pour établir
la conformité à la norme est 0,770 W/kg. Même s’il peut y avoir des différences entre les niveaux de SAR de téléphones différents
en diverses positions, ces téléphones répondent tous aux exigences de l’UE en matière d’exposition aux radiofréquences.

Entretien et maintenance

Le fait d’appuyer sur les touches peut produire
une tonalité forte. Evitez de tenir votre téléphone
près de l’oreille lorsque vous appuyez sur les
touches.

L’exposition à des températures extrêmes risque
d’affecter temporairement le fonctionnement
de votre téléphone. Ceci est tout à fait normal
et n’implique aucune défaillance.

En cas d’utilisation de ce téléphone dans un
environnement où la température dépasse les
40°C pendant une période prolongée, la qualité
de l’affichage peut se détériorer.

Ne modifiez et ne démontez pas cet appareil.
Il ne contient aucune pièce susceptible d’être
réparée par l’utilisateur.

Ne le soumettez pas à des vibrations excessives
ou à des chocs.

Ne laissez pas tomber la batterie.

Evitez tout contact avec des liquides. Si votre
téléphone est mouillé, enlevez immédiatement

N’exposez pas l’appareil au soleil, à l’humidité,
à la poussière ou à la chaleur.

Ne jetez jamais une batterie au feu. Elle risque
d’exploser.

Tenez éloignés de l’appareil et de la batterie les
objets métalliques qui pourraient accidentelle­ment entrer en contact avec les terminaux.

Les batteries peuvent provoquer des dommages
matériels, des blessures ou des brûlures si les bornes
entrent en contact avec un matériau conducteur
(par exemple, bijoux en métal, clés, etc.).

Rechargez toujours les batteries dans un endroit
bien aéré et à l’abri des rayons du soleil, entre
+5°C et +35°C. Il est impossible de recharger les
batteries en dehors de cette plage de tempéra­tures.

Lorsque vous connectez votre téléphone à une
source externe, lisez toujours les instructions d’uti­lisation de cet appareil pour procéder correcte­ment à la connexion et prendre les mesures qui
s’imposent en matière de sécurité. Vérifiez éga­lement que votre téléphone est compatible
avec l’appareil auquel vous le connectez.

Lorsque vous débarrassez d’emballages ou

Lorsque l’acheteur constate que l’appareil est défectueux, il doit
immédiatement prendre contact avec la société de vente ou le distributeur
national du pays membre de l’U.E./E.E.E. où l’exécution de la garantie est
réclamée comme indiqué dans le “ Guide de service après-vente” ou bien
se rendre chez le distributeur agréé le plus proche avec cette garantie et
une preuve d’achat. L’acheteur sera informé :

(i) si la société de vente ou le distributeur national se chargent de la
réparation ; ou

(ii) si la société de vente ou le distributeur national prennent les mesures
nécessaires à l’envoi de l’appareil vers le pays membre de l’U.E./E.E.E.

garantie ainsi que la preuve de la date d’achat. Tout transport nécessaire,
tant de l’appareil que des pièces détachées, sera effectué aux frais et aux
risques de l’acheteur. Il est dès lors possible que la réparation en subisse
un retard.

Lorsque le consommateur envoie l’appareil pour réparation à la société de
vente ou au distributeur national du pays où l’a ppareil est utilisé, la garantie
est exécutée aux conditions locales (y compris la période de garantie)
applicables au même modèle vendu dans le pays d’utilisation et non aux
conditions locales du pays de l’U.E./E.E.E. où l’achat initial a été fait.
Lorsque le consommateur envoie l’appareil pour réparation à la société

Europäische Union – R&TTE

DIESES PANASONIC-TELEFON (MODELL EB-G70) ERFÜLLT DIE EU-ANFORDERUNGEN HINSICHTLICH FUNKWELLEN-EXPOSITION.

Ihr Mobiltelefon ist ein Funksender und -empfänger. Die Konstruktion und Herstellung des Geräts gewährleisten, dass es die
vom Rat der Europäischen Union empfohlenen Hochfrequenz-Expositionsgrenzwerte nicht überschreitet. Diese Grenzwerte
sind ein Bestandteil umfassender Richtlinien und geben die zulässigen Mengen von HF-Energie für die Allgemeinbevölkerung
an. Die Richtlinien wurden von unabhängigen wissenschaftlichen Organisationen durch die regelmäßige, gründliche
Auswertung wissenschaftlicher Studien erarbeitet und enthalten eine beträchtliche Sicherheitsspanne, um die Sicherheit
aller Personen ungeachtet ihres Alters und Gesundheitszustands zu garantieren.

Die Expositionsnorm für Mobiltelefone verwendet eine Maßei nheit, die als „spezifische Absorbierungsrate“ oder SAR bezeichnet
wird. Der vom Rat der Europäischen Union empfohlene SAR-Grenzwert beträgt 2,0 W/kg*. SAR-Tests werden mit
standardmäßigen Verwendungspositionen durchgeführt, wobei das Telefon in allen getesteten Frequenzbändern mit dem

Beim Drücken der Tasten kann ein lauter Ton
erklingen. Vermeiden Sie es, das Telefon beim
Drücken der Tasten dicht an das Ohr zu halten.

Extreme Temperaturen können den Betrieb Ihres
Telefons vorübergehend beeinträchtigen. Das ist
normal und stellt keine Fehlfunktion dar.

Wenn Sie Ihr Telefon über einen langen Zeitraum
bei Temperaturen von über 40 °C verwenden,
kann dies zu einer Beeinträchtigung der
Display-Qualität führen.

Das Gerät sollte weder modifiziert noch
auseinander genommen werden. Es enthält
keine Teile, die vom Benutzer gewartet werden
können.

Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht übermäßigen
Vibrationen oder Schlägen aus.

Lassen Sie den Akku nicht fallen.

Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten.

EU/EWR-Garantie: In anderen Ländern als dem Verkaufsland anwendbare Bedingungen

Sollte der Käufer das Gerät schadhaft finden, so wird er aufgefordert, mit
der entsprechenden Verkaufsgesellschaft oder der auf Landesebene
zuständigen Vertretung in dem EU/EWR-Land, in dem diese Garantie
in Anspruch genommen wird, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Die Anschriften
können dem „Product Service Guide“ entnommen oder bei einem
autorisierten Händler erfragt werden. Der Käufer wird daraufhin darüber
informiert, ob:

(i) die Vertragsgesellschaft oder die auf Landesebene zuständige
Vertretung die Reparaturleistung erbringt; oder

(ii) die Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die auf Landesebene zuständige
Vertretung für die Versendung des Gerätes in das EU/EWR-Land,
in dem das Gerät ursprünglich verkauft wurde, Sorge trägt; oder

(iii) der Käufer selbst das Gerät zu der Verkaufsgesellschaft oder der
auf Landesebene zuständigen Vertretung in das EU/EWR-Land sendet,
in dem das Gerät ursprünglich verkauft wurde.

Sollte es sich bei dem Gerät um ein Produktmodell handeln, das
üblicherweise von der Verkaufsgesellschaft oder der auf Landesebene
zuständigen Vertretung in dem Land der Benutzung geliefert wird, dann
sollte das Gerät mit der vorliegenden Garantiekarte und dem Nachweis
des Kaufdatums auf Risiko und auf Kosten des Käufers an diese
Verkaufsgesellschaft oder an diese Vertretung, die dann die
Reparaturleistungen übernimmt, gesandt werden. In einigen Ländern
wird die zuständige verbundene Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die auf
Landesebene zuständige Vertretung Händler oder autorisierte
Servicestellen benennen, die die Reparatur ausführen.

Sollte es sich bei dem Gerät um ein Produktmodell handeln, das
normalerweise nicht in dem Benutzungsland verkauft wird, oder sollten
sich die inneren oder äußeren technischen Spezifikationen des Gerätes
von denen des im Benutzungsland üblichen Modells unterscheiden,
so kann die Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die auf Landesebene zuständige
Vertretung in der Lage sein, die Garantiereparaturleistung mit Ersatzteilen
durchzuführen, welche aus dem ursprünglichen Verkaufsland des Gerätes
stammen. Es kann sich jedoch als notwendig erweisen,

die Garantiereparaturleistung durch die Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die
auf Landesebene zuständige Vertretung im ursprünglichen Verkaufsland
durchführen zu lassen.

In beiden Fällen muss der Käufer die vorliegende Garantiekarte und
den Nachweis des Kaufdatums erbringen. Jedoch wird der notwendige
Transport sowohl des Gerätes als auch seiner Ersatzteile auf Risiko und
auf Kosten des Käufers durchgeführt. Infolgedessen kann es zu einer
Verzögerung der Reparaturleistungen kommen.

In Fällen, in denen der Verbraucher das Gerät zur Reparatur zur
Verkaufsgesellschaft oder zu der auf Landesebene zuständigen
Vertretung im Benutzungsland des Gerätes sendet, werden die Leistungen
zu den selben Bedingungen (einschließlich der Garantiefrist) erbracht, die
für dasselbe Modell des Gerätes im Benutzungsland, nicht jedoch in dem
EU/EWR-Land gültig sind, in dem das Gerät ursprünglich gekauft wurde.
In Fällen, in denen der Verbraucher das Gerät zur Reparatur zu der
Verkaufsgesellschaft oder zu der auf Landesebene zuständigen
Vertretung in das EU/EWR-Land verschickt, in dem das Gerät ursprünglich
gekauft wurde, werden die Reparaturleistungen zu Bedingungen erbracht,
die dort gültig sind.

Einige Produktmodelle bedürfen der Justierung oder der Anpassung
für eine betriebsgerechte Leistung oder für einen sicheren Gebrauch
in einigen EU/EWR-Ländern in Übereinstimmung mit zwingenden oder
empfohlenen Bestimmungen die Betriebsspannung, die Betriebssicherung
oder die technischen Normen betreffend. Für bestimmte Produkte können
die Kosten einer solchen Justierung oder Anpassung erheblich sein. Es
mag sich auch als schwierig erweisen, den Bestimmungen
Betriebsspannung, Betriebssicherung oder technische Normen betreffend
Genüge zu leisten. Dem Käufer wird sehr empfohlen, sich über diese
lokalen technischen und Sicherungsfaktoren zu erkundigen, bevor
er das Gerät in einem anderen EU/EWR-Land benutzt.

Diese Garantie deckt nicht die Kosten einer Justierung oder Anpassung,

Il vostro telefono cellulare è un trasmettitore e un ricevitore radio. È stato progettato e costruito in modo da non eccedere

i limiti di esposizione alle radiofrequenze (RF) raccomandate dal Consiglio dell’Unione Europea. Questi limiti fanno parte
delle direttive generali che stabiliscono i livelli permessi di energia RF per la popolazione. Le direttive, elaborate da
organizzazioni scientifche indipendenti attraverso la valutazione periodica e scrupolosa delle ricerche scientifiche,
contengono un sostanziale margine di sicurezza designato per assicurare la protezione di tutte le persone,
indipendentemente dall’età e dallo stato di salute.

Il livello standard di esposizione per i telefoni cellulari utilizza un’unità di misura nota come Tasso di Assorbimento Specifico o

Le batterie possono causare danni materiali,
lesioni alle persone o scottature se i terminali
vengono in contatto con del materiale

Caricate sempre le batterie in un luogo ben
ventilato, non nella luce diretta del sole, ad una
temperatura compresa tra +5°C e +35°C. Non è
possibile ricaricare la batteria se rimane al di fuori
dal campo della temperatura.

Se collegate il cellulare ad una fonte esterna,
dovete leggete le istruzioni del componente per
istruzioni sul collegamento corretto e per le
norme di sicurezza. Assicuratevi che il cellulare
sia compatibile con il prodotto al quale sarà
collegato.

Quando gettate via il materiale d’imballaggio
o i vecchi componenti, vi dovete informare
sul riciclaggio presso le autorità locali.

La garanzia unificata europea è applicabile nei Paesi della Unione Europea/Spazio Economico Europeo (EU/EEA) e in Svizzera.

Le condizioni di garanzia del servizio europeo GSM Panasonic

Egregio cliente,
Grazie per aver acquistato il telefono cellulare digitale Panasonic. La garanzia del servizio europeo GSM Panasonic è valida solo
quando si viaggia in paesi al di fuori del paese di acquisto del prodotto. In tutti gli altri casi, è valida la garanzia locale. Qualora il telefono
cellulare digitale GSM Panasonic richieda manutenzione all’estero, rivolgersi al centro servizio locale (vedi sempre in questo documento).

La garanzia
Il periodo di garanzia è di 12 mesi (escluse le batterie). Per quanto riguarda la garanzia del telefono in un paese al di fuori del Paese
di acquisto, malgrado quanto riportato nelle condizioni che seguono, il cliente usufruirà, nel paese d’uso del telefono, del periodo
di 12 mesi, qualora dette condizioni si rilevino più favorevoli delle condizioni valide nel paese d’uso.

Condizioni di garanzia
La richiesta di prestazione „IN GARANZIA“ dovrà essere documentata presentando, unitamente alla scheda di garanzia europea, anche
un documento o prova d’acquisto contemporaneamente al prodotto difettoso al centro di assistenza autorizzato.
Per garanzia si intende la riparazione o la sostituzione gratuita dei componenti dell’apparecchio riconosciuti difettosi nella fabbricazione.
La garanzia non si applica ai danni provocati da incurie, da cattivo uso, da maltrattamento, da deterioramento, da incidenti nè ai danni
intervenuti durante il trasporto da e per il cliente, nè ai danni dovuti alla installazione, all’adattamento o alla modifica, nè ai danni provo­cati da un uso scorretto o in contraddizione con le misure tecniche e/o di sicurezza richieste nel paese in cui viene utilizzato questo
apparecchio.
E’esclusa la sostituzione dell’apparecchio ed il prolungamento della garanzia in seguito ad un guasto nonchè la rivalsa per danni con­seguenti a mancato utilizzo del prodotto o danni susseguenti a cattiva funzionalità o smarrimento.
La presente garanzia è supplementare e non condiziona i diritti stabiliti dalla legge o altri diritti dell’acquirente. Tale garanzia è valida

U/EEA – Copertura garanzia:
Condizioni applicabili in una qualsiasi nazione diversa dalla nazione in cui è stato acquistato l'apparecchio.

Se il proprietario dovesse scoprire difetti nell’apparecchio, egli deve
contattare il concessionario o il distributore nazionale nella nazione CEE/
EEA dove questa garanzia è valida, come è indicato nella „Guida al
servizio del prodotto“ o al più vicino rivenditore autorizzato insieme
a questa garanzia e lo scontrino. L’acquirente viene informato se:

(i) il rivenditore o il distributore nazionale eseguirà il servizio di riparazione;
o

(ii) il rivenditore o il distributore nazionale si prenderà cura del trasporto
dell’apparecchio alla nazione CEE/EEA dove è stato acquistato
l’apparecchio; o

(iii)l’acquirente può mandare l’apparecchio al rivenditore o al distributore
nazionale nella nazione CEE/EEA dove è stato acquistato l’apparecchio.

Se l’apparecchio è un modello di un prodotto normalmente fornito dal
rivenditore o dal distributore nazionale nella nazione dove è usato
dall’acquirente, l’apparecchio insieme alla garanzia e allo scontrino,
va restituito al rivenditore o al distributore da parte dell’acquirente,
che ne assume ogni rischio e costo per l’esecuzione della riparazione.
In alcune nazioni, una società affiliata o un distributore nazionale
designeranno dei rivenditori o certi centri di servizio per eseguire
le riparazioni in questione.

Se l’apparecchio è un modello normalmente venduto nella nazione
dove è usato o se le caratteristiche interne o esterne dell’apparecchio
sono diverse da quelle del modello equivalente venduto nella nazione
in questione, il rivenditore o il distributore nazionale può far eseguire
il servizio di riparazione ottenendo dei ricambi dalla nazione dove è stato
originalmente commercializzato l’apparecchio o può essere necessario
far eseguire il servizio di riparazione coperto dalla garanzia dal rivenditore
o dal distributore nazionale nella nazione in cui è stato originalmente
commercializzato l’apparecchio.

In entrambi i casi, l’acquirente deve consegnare questa garanzia e lo
scontrino. Un eventuale trasporto, sia dell’apparecchio che dei ricambi,
va fatto al rischio e alle spese dell’acquirente e ci possono essere dei ritardi
nel servizio di riparazione.

Quando il consumatore manda l’apparecchio per lavori di riparazione
al rivenditore o al distributore nazionale nella nazione dove è usato
l’apparecchio, il servizio viene fornito agli stessi termini locali e alle
condizioni (compreso i periodo coperto dalla garanzia) in vigore per
lo stesso modello nella nazione dove è usato l’apparecchio e non nella
nazione di commercializzazione iniziale nella CEE/EEA.

Alcuni modelli richiedono regolazioni o ad attamenti per corrette prestazioni
ed un utilizzo sicuro in varie nazioni CEE/EEA, in conformità con i requisiti
del voltaggio locale e la sicurezza o altri standard tecnici in vigore
o raccomandati dalle norme applicabili. Per certi modelli, il costo di tali
regolazioni o adattamenti può essere considerevole e può essere difficile
soddisfare i requisiti del voltaggio locale e la sicurezza o altri standard
tecnici. Si raccomanda fortemente che l’acquirente esamini questi fattori
tecnici e norme di sicurezza locali prima di usare l’apparecchio in un’altra
nazione CEE/EEA.

Questa garanzia non copre i costi di eventuali regolazioni o adattamenti
per soddisfare i requisiti del voltaggio locale e la sicurezza o altri standard
tecnici. Il rivenditore o il distributore nazionale possono essere in grado
di effettuare le regolazioni o adattamenti necessari per certi modelli alle
spese dell’acquirente. Tuttavia, per motivi tecnici, non è possibile regolare

locali sul voltaggio e con le norme di sicurezza o altri standard tecnici.
