How to Use

1. Plug the power plug Into an AC
outlet.
2. Set the power switch to either of the
ON positions.
• Set the power switch to Strong or Gentle according to your preference.

• It is recommended that you use the Gentle setting until you are used to the massager.
• Be sure to read the section "For a pleasant massage" (Page 3).
3. After use, set the power switch to Off.
• After use, be sure to unplug the
power plug from the AC outlet.
• When carrying the massager, be
sure to hold It by the grip. Never carry it by the power cord.
Note: During use, electrical interference may occur on TVs, etc.

For a pleasant massage

Following these methods when using the massager will provide a more effective massage.
Concentrate on stiff areas.
1. Relieve muscle tension. Stroke the area with the massage roller.
• Stroke all around the areas which feel stiff or tired to relax
them.
2.
Ease muscle stiffness and pain on the back by the unit. Use the point massager or wavy surface.
With the point massager, press hard against the center of the stiff or tired area. (Using both hands will provide even stronger vibrations.)
3. Finishing the massage Use the massage roller to finish the massage. Stroke the massaged areas again.
As much as possible, avoid direct contact with the skin surface. If pain occurs even with the switch set to Gentle, cover the area with a towel or similar object and massage through the towel or object.
With the wavy surface, move the massager around the stiff or tired area while pressing against it.

Warning

1. This device should not be used 2. on any injured, swoilen, or inflamed areas, or wounds, without consulting your physician. Massage should be pleasant and comfortable. If you feel pain or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

Caution

1. Do not hold the massager by the 4. cord, or pull the cord sharply.
2. Do not attempt to make any repairs yourself. Do not touch 5. the internal workings of the massager.
3. If the massager becomes soiled, clean with a cloth dampened 6. with a mild cleanser. Do not use thinner, benzine or similar solvents. Do not immerse in liquid.
• Effective for blood circulation in specific areas.
Avoid using on the head, abdomen, joints, or thyroid gland (just below Adam's Apple).
Avoid storage in any location where there is excessive moisture, such as the bathroom.
Do not bend or turn massager head, or expose it to other excessive force. Damage may result.
Roller can be removed for easy cleaning by pulling roller straight out. After cleaning with a damp cloth, push roller back in, making sure it firmly snaps in. Do not use massager if roller is not properly in place.
