To prevent personal injury, injury to others and property damage, the following instructions must be followed.

Installation Precautions
Do not install, relocate or repair the
unit by yourself.

This air conditioner must be earthed.
Improper grounding could cause electric shock
or fire.
Caution
Ensure that the following installation precautions have been applied before installing the air
conditioner.
The power socket must be earthed.
Improper grounding may cause current
leakage.
Do not install the unit in a potentially explosive
atmosphere. Otherwise, fire or other hazard may
occur.

Ensure that the drainage pipings are properly
connected.
Water leakage could happen due to
improper connection thus causes
inconvenience.

Insert the power plug properly.
Heat generated by a loose power
plug could cause electric shock,
overheated or fire.
Do not plug in too many
appliances to the same power
socket or use the prolonged
power cord.
Otherwise, electric shock or fire
may occur due to overheating.
Do not pull out the power plug
when the unit is operating.
Otherwise, electric shock or fire
may occur due to overheating.
Do not operate the unit with wet
hands.
It could cause electric shock.
Do not damage the power cord
or use an unspecified power
cord.
Otherwise, electric shock or fire
may occur.
Do not insert sticks or other
objects into the air inlet or air
outlet vents.
Otherwise, the fan rotating at a
high speed could damage the unit
and injure yourself.
Do not wash the unit with
water.
Otherwise, current leakage or
electric shock may occur.
If abnormal conditions (burning
smell and etc.) occur, stop the air
conditioner and disconnect the
power supply immediately.
If abnormal condition persists, it
may cause overheated that could
lead to fire or electric shock. Please
engage an authorized dealer or
service center for servicing.

the same room. Poor ventilation
or oxygen shortage may cause
dizziness.
