like to star t watering.
HOW LONG—Determi ne how long to water HOW OFTEN—Choos e how often you will w ater OFF—Turn off al l watering.
INSTALLING THE BATTERIES
1. Remove the t ray on the back of t he timer by slidin g or pulling it out.
2. Inser t two AA A (1.5V) a lkaline batt eries (not incl uded) and repl ace the tray.
NOTE: Firmly r eplace the batter y tray to ensure wa ter resistance and increase battery life. You will know the batter y tray is fully inse rted if it does not pu ll out easily. Used up or dea d batteries must b e removed from the tim er and disposed of properly. Replace batteries when low battery icon appears on display. Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries may explode or leak.

PROGRAMMING THE TIMER
SET CLOCK AND DAY
1. Turn dial to SE T CLOCK.
2. Using the + /- buttons, set t he time of day, includi ng AM and PM. Tim er advances f aster if button i s held down.
3. Pres s the ARROW but ton to set curren t day.
4. Press th e +/- buttons to mov e between and s elect the curr ent day of the week . Press the ARR OW button t o toggle back to the t ime of day.
5. Turn dial to s ave changes
WATERING SCHEDULES AND START TIMES
This time r features thre e customizab le watering schedu les [A], [B] , [C]. A watering s chedule may include s tart times f or Station 1, Stati on 2, or both Station 1 a nd Station 2. A wa tering star t time is the time of d ay the timer will b egin to water all programmed stations; one after another.
NOTE: Only watering schedule [A] is required. Advanced
Users may u se watering schedu les [B] and [C] for additional watering.
1. Turn dial to STAR T TIME.
2. Water ing schedule [ A] is automa tically selec ted and the time se lector will b e blinking.
NOTE: Timer wil l not function wit hout at least water ing
schedule [A] selected.
3. Using th e + / - buttons, se t the time you want al l wateri ng to begin, incl uding AM and PM. T imer advan ces faster if bu tton is held dow n. A box is placed around w atering sche dule [A] not ing a start tim e has been added.
NOTE: The timer w ill not function w ithout at least
one start time entered.
4. Both St ation 1 and Stati on 2 are automatic ally selec ted (noted by boxes a round them) wh en a start time is add ed. Both Statio n 1 and Station 2 wil l water, one afte r the other, beginnin g at your select ed start time. To remov e a station from w atering sche dule [A] press th e STATION button to c ycle through a nd select Station 1 o r Station 2. Pre ss the - button to to ggle the statio n off (removin g the box). Pres s the + button to toggle th e station on (add ing the box).
NOTE: The timer w ill not function w ithout at least one
station selected.
5. Adva nced Users - To progr am watering s chedules [B] or [C] pres s the ARROW but ton to move throu gh a selec t {B] or [C]. Selecte d schedule wil l be blinking. Repeat st eps 3-5 to progr am additional w atering schedu les. Use water ing schedule s [B] and [C] if you need additional watering schedules.
6. Turn dial to s ave changes an d move to the next s tep.

1. Turn dial to HOW L ONG.
2. Stati on 1 and the time sele ctor will be bl inking.
3. Use +/- but tons to add a 1 to 36 0 minute wateri ng durati on. Timer adv ances faster i f button is held down. A b ox is placed arou nd Station 1.
NOTE: A watering duration is required for Station 1 to water.
4. To selec t Station 2 pres s the STATION button . Station 2 and the tim e selector wil l be blinking.
NOTE: To move betwe en stations press t he STATION button .

MANUAL/HAND WATERING
This fea ture allows you t o manual water w ithout interr upting your set s chedule. To acces s this feature, follow th e steps below.
1. There are t wo ways to manu al water: all st ations as programmed or selected stations. To manual wate r all stations a s programme d:
• With the dial on A UTO, press the M ANUAL butt on.
• “ALL” will be dis played and the t imer will water a ll stations as programmed.
To manual water specific stations or durations:
• With the dial on A UTO, press the M ANUAL butt on.
• Press the STATIO N button to sele ct desired st ation.
• Using the +/- but tons, selec t watering dur ation from 1 to 36 0 minutes.
NOTE: T here may be a slight d elay between th e time the manual button is pressed and when watering begins.
2. Scre en will flash b etween cloc k and time remaini ng before automatic programming resumes.
3. To stop manu al watering, t urn the dial to OFF.
4. Turn the dia l back to AUTO to re sume your progr ammed watering schedule.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WATER DOES NOT COME ON AT DE SIRED TIME.
Check if:
• Cloc k is set to correc t time, includi ng AM and PM.
• Dial i s set to “Auto”
• Star t time is set to de sired time, incl uding AM and PM.
• Rain D elay is on.
TIMER DOE S NOT WATER.
Check if:
• Timer is set to AU TO.
• Hose faucet is o n.
• Batteries a re low.
• Press t he + button to incr ease the inter val. Press t he - button to decr ease the inter val. You may choos e to interval w ater every 1 h our, 2 hours, 4 h ours, 6 hours , 12 hours, or 1 to 7 days.
NOTE: To start ove r press CLEAR. NOTE: The timer w ill not function w ithout at least one d ay
of the week or a n interval sele cted for Watering Sch edule [A].
4. Adv anced Users - To prog ram Watering Schedu les [B] or [C] press th e ARROW butto n to move thr ough and selec t [B] or [C]. Selecte d schedu le will be blink ing. Repeat ste ps to program watering frequency for additional Waterin g Schedules [B] a nd C].
5. Turn dial to s ave changes an d to complete programming.
CONGRATULATIONS!
Your timer is n ow programme d. Turn your dial to AUTO to al low your timer to w ater according t o programmed time, station, duration, and frequency.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
RAIN DELAY
Rain del ay allows you to po stpone water ing for a set period o f time. To access the r ain delay, follo w the steps be low.
1. With the di al on AUTO, pres s the
button.
2. Using th e +/- buttons sel ect a delay of 1 to 7 da ys.
3. Scree n will flash be tween clock a nd hours remai ning before programmed cycle resumes.
4. To remove r ain delay, turn di al to OFF and then back t o AUTO.
5. Use +/- bu ttons to add a 1 to 36 0 minute wateri ng durati on. Timer adv ances faster i f button is held down. A b ox is placed arou nd Station 2.
NOTE: A watering duration is required for Station 2 to water. NOTE: To start ove r press CLEAR.
6. Turn dial to s ave changes an d move to the next s tep.

3. There a re two ways to se t your waterin g frequency f or Waterin g Schedule [ A]; Days of the We ek or Interva l. Only one op tion may be selec ted for Watering Schedule [A].
Option 1- Day s of the Week- Selec t specific day s
you wate r to water:
• Press + o r - button to move th e cursor down to the Days o f the Week.
• Use the AR ROW button to mo ve to the desired day (S, M, T, W, T, F, S). The sele cted day of the week wil l be blinking.
• Press t he + button to togg le the Day of the Week on (a box i s placed on the day ). Press the - butt on to toggle the Day o f the Week off (the box is re moved from the da y).
• Repeat to s elect any comb ination of days .
Option 2- Inter val- Selec t an interva l period you
want to wa ter:
• Press + o r - button to move th e cursor down to the Inter val selec tions.
• Use the AR ROW button to mo ve to INT. The inter val [INT] sel ection will b e blinking.
