(1) Use/store within the rated temperature and humidity ranges.
Provide forced-cooling if required.
(2) Do not touch electronic parts or printed patterns on the printed circuit boards in the

E5ZN. Hold the case when carrying the E5ZN.
(3) To allow heat to escape, do not block the area around the product.
(4) Use specified size (M3, width 5.8 mm or less) crimped terminals for wiring.
(5) Use the following wire sizes when wiring the E5ZN.

Power supply terminals: AWG22 to AWG14 (6 to 8 mm of exposed wire)

Other terminals: AWG28 to AWG16 (6 to 8 mm of exposed wire)
(6) Do not use this product in the following places:

Places subject to dust or corrosive gas (in particular, sulfide gas and ammonia gas).

•

• Places subject to freezing and condensation.

• Places subject to direct sunlight.

• Places subject to vibration and large shocks.

• Places subject to splashing liquid or oil atmosphere.

• Places directly subject to heat radiated from heating equipment.

• Places subject to intense temperature change.

(7) Cleaning: Do not use paint thinner or the equivalent. Use standard grade alcohol to

clean the product.
(8) When mounting the E5ZN to the Terminal Unit, check that the hooks on the E5ZN are

properly inserted into the Terminal Unit.
(9) Install the DIN track vertically to the ground.

NOTICE

● Mounting the End Plate

Pull down on the hooks with a flat-blade
screwdriver and lift up on the E5ZN.

When 1 Unit is mounted

Mount one End Plate to each side of the E5ZN.

④Make sure the E5ZN

is locked into place.

(1) Betreiben/Lagern Sie den Regler bei der vorgegebenen Temperatur und Luftfeuchte.
(2) Berühren Sie keine elektronischen Teile beziehungsweise die gedruckten Schaltungen

auf den PCBs im E5ZN. Halten Sie den E5ZN zum Transport am Gehäuse fest.
(3) Um Hitze entweichen zu lassen, immer den Bereich um das Produkt herum freilassen.
(4) Immer Crimp-Anschlüsse der vorgeschriebenen Grö ße (M 3, Breite 5.8 mm oder

weniger) zur Verdrahtung verwenden.
(5) Verwenden Sie zur Verkabelung des E5ZN die folgenden Kabelgrößen.

Netzstromanschlüsse: AWG22 bis AWG14 (6 bis 8 mm freiliegende Leitung)

Andere Anschlüsse: AWG28 bis AWG16 (6 bis 8 mm freiliegende Leitung)
(6) Dieses Produkt nicht an den folgenden Orten verwenden:

•

Orte, die Staub oder ätzenden Gasen ausgesetzt sind (insbesondere Schwefel-oder
Ammoniumgase).

• Orte, die Frost ausgesetzt oder Kondensation sind.

• Orte im direkten Sonnenlicht.

• Orte, die Vibrationen und starken Erschütterungen ausgesetzt sind.

• Orte, die Flüssigkeitsspritzern oder Öl ausgesetzt sind.

• Orte, die Hitzestrahlung, z.B. von Öfen, ausgesetzt sind.

• Orte die mit starken Temperaturschwankungen.

(7) Reinigung: Benutzen Sie niemals Verdünnung von Farben oder ähnliches. Um das

Gerät zu säubern, benützen Sie bitte handelsüblichen Reinigungsalkohol.
(8) Prüfen Sie bei der Montage des E5ZN an die Anschlusseinheit, dass die Haken auf

dem E5ZN richtig in die Anschlusseinheit eingeführt wurden.
(9) Installieren Sie die DIN-Schiene senkrecht zum Boden. Wenn die DIN-Schiene

waagerecht montiert wird, wird die Wärmeableitung des E5ZN nachteilhaft

beeinträchtigt.

(7) Nettoyage: Ne pas utiliser de solvant pour peinture ou Eequivqlent. Utiliser de l'alcool

pour nettoyer le produit.

(8) Lors du montage du E5ZN sur l'unité terminale, contrôlez si les crochets du E5ZN

sont bien introduits dans l'unité terminale.

(9) Montez la voie DIN, verticalement, sur le sol. Si vous la montez horizontalement, la

chaleur du E5ZN se dissipera mal.

Si serrino le viti con una coppia di serraggio di 0.40…0.56 N•m.
I terminali non serrati possono causare danni o malfunzionamenti.

（1）周囲温度および湿度は仕様範囲内で使用および保存してください。必要により、強

制冷却してください。

（2）基板の電子部品、パターンには手を触れないでください。製品を持つときはケース

を持ってください。
（3）放熱を妨げないよう、製品の周辺をふさがないでください。
（4）配線用圧着端子は、指定サイズ（M3、幅 5.8mm 以下）のものをご使用ください。
（5）裸線接続の配線材には、必ず指定のものを使用してください。

電源端子：AWG22-14  電源以外の端子：AWG28-16（電線被覆剥きしろ：6〜8mm）
（6）下記の環境では使用しないでください。

・塵埃、腐食性ガス（特に硫化ガス、アンモニアガスなど）のあるところ

・結露、氷結の恐れのあるところ

・直射日光があたるところ

・振動、衝撃の影響が大きいところ

・水がかかるところ、被油のあるところ

・加熱機器から輻射熱を直接受けるところ

・温度変化の激しいところ
（7）清掃について：シンナー類は使用しないでください。市販のアルコールをご使用く

ださい。
（8）温度調節器本体のターミナルユニットへの取り付けは、本体端面フックがターミナ

ルユニットに確実に挿入されたことを確認してください。



（9）DIN レールは地面に対して垂直に設置してください。

(1) Si utilizzi lo strumento in ambienti con temperatura/umidità comprese tra i valori

specificati. Nel caso fosse necessario si provveda ad un raffreddamento forzato dello

strumento.

(2) Non toccare le parti di elettronica o le schede a circuiti stampati contenute in E5ZN.

Per il trasporto di E5ZN, afferrare il contenitore esterno.

(3) Per permettere la fuoriuscita del calore, non bloccare l'area intorno al prodotto.
(4) Usare terminali schiacciati delle dimensioni specificate (M3, larghezza 5.8 mm o meno)

per il cablaggio.

(5) Per i collegamenti elettrici di E5ZN, usare fili delle seguenti misure.

Terminali di alimentazione elettrica: da AWG22 a AWG14 (da 6 a 8 mm di filo esposto)

Altri terminali: da AWG28 a AWG16 (da 6 a 8 mm di filo esposto)

(6) Non usare questo apparecchio nei seguenti luoghi:

• Luoghi esposti alla polvere o gas corrosivi (in particolare ammoniaca).

• Luoghi soggetti a congelamento o condensazione.

• Dove batte direttamente il sole.

• Luoghi soggetti a vibrazioni o forti scosse.

• Luoghi soggetti a schizzi di liquidi o atmosfere oleose.

• Luoghi direttamente esposti al calore prodotto da impianti di riscaldamento.

• Luoghi soggetti a forti cambiamenti di temperatura.

(7) Pulizia: Si eviti di pulire i prodotto con diluuenti per vernici o prodotti similarli. Si pulisca

i prodotto utilizzare alcool comune o.

(8) Al momento del montaggio dell'E5ZN sull'Unità terminali, controllare che i ganci

sull'E5ZN siano correttamente inseriti nell'Unità terminali.

(9) Installare il rotaia DIN in verticale rispetto al pavimento. Se la rotaia DIN viene montata

in orizzontale, la dissipazione del calore dell'E5ZN ne risente molto.

(1) Utilizar/almacenar dentro de los rangos de temperatura y humedad nominales. Aplicar

refrigeración forzada si fuera necesario.

(2) No toque los componentes electrónicos ni los diseños impresos de las tarjetas de

circuitos impresos del E5ZN. Sostenga la caja cuando transporte el E5ZN.

(3) Para permitir la disipación del calor, no bloquee el área alrededor del producto.
(4) Para conectar los cables, utilice terminales de engarce del tamaño especificado (M3,

ancho 5.8 mm o menos).

(5) Utilice los siguientes tamaños de cable para el cableado del E5ZN.

Terminales para alimentación eléctrica: AWG22 a AWG14 (6 a 8 mm de cable

expuesto)

Otro terminales: AWG28 a AWG16 (6 a 8 mm de cable expuesto)

(6) No utilice este producto en los lugares:

• Sometidos al polvo o gases corrosivos (en especial, gas sulfuroso y amoníaco).

• Sometidos a congelamiento o condensación.

• Expuestos a la luz solar directa.

• Lugares sometidos a vibraciones o golpes.

• Lugares sometidos a salpicaduras de líquidos o aceite.

• Expuestos al calor radiado por un equipo de calefacción.

• Lugares sometidos a cambios bruscos de temperatura.

(7) Limpieza: No utilizar disolventes de pinturas o similares. Utilice alcohol común para

limpiar el producto.

(8) Al instalar el E5ZN en la unidad de terminales, controle que los ganchos del E5ZN

estén bien insertados en la unidad de terminales.

(9) Instale la pista DIN verticalmente a la tierra. Si la instala horizontalmente, la disipación

del calor del E5ZN se verá afectada negativamente.
