Chemical Resistant Material
Polypropylene fittings provide
excellent chemical resistance. This
strong material is much lighter than
brass, attractive in appearance and
reasonably priced. Other materials
or colors are available on request.
OMEGA’s Panel Mount Hose
Barb Union connects tubing
through panels upto

⁄4" thick. Acetal
is strong and chemical resistant.
Applications include vacuum,
pressure lines, fluids
and gases.
Tapered 10-32 Threads
OMEGA’s threaded fittings feature a
tapered 10-32 thread that requires no
gasket for a reliable seal. Fittings will
seal even in slightly off-sized holes. The

SHUTOFF VALVES
Two-Way Thermoplastic Valves
OMEGA’s unique Shutoff Valve provides quick,
positive on-off control of flow through flexible plastic
tubing. Its exclusive design assures maximum laminar
flow through even the smallest tube sizes, and the
small size of the valve itself makes it ideal for use in
small spaces. When the valve is in the closed
position, an orange band is clearly visible, eliminating
operator error. OMEGA®Shutoff Valves can
be used for either pressure or vacuum applications.
Caution: Always install OMEGA Shutoff Valves with
flow entering the valve from the “body” side, as
illustrated below, right to left.
