B6250

A hardworking A4 mono printer that

satises the needs of the most demanding

small workgroups. The B6250 prints a

quick 30 pages per minute (ppm) and not

only has a class-leading combination of
high standard memory (128MB) and fast
processing power, but also offers two

input trays as standard for exible media

handling.

This model is also fully compatible with
PCL/PostScript and its true 1200 dots
per inch (dpi) resolution ensures pin-sharp

output every time – a must for all

customer-facing documents and output.
The B6250 can also be fully networked by
means of a user-installable network card.

There are also additional paper tray input
options (up to 1,500 pages) for large
capacity storage of multiple paper types
and an optional offset catch tray feeder
that speeds up mail shots or mail merges.

B6300

Boasting all the exibility and options

of the B6250 and more, this superb A4
mono printer takes on all printing tasks

with relentless efciency.

Ideal for extremely busy medium-size
workgroups requiring larger volume
capability, at 34ppm, the B6300 offers
a superior level of productivity for the
price. Its high standard memory of
128MB and super fast processor speed
ensure rapid turnaround of larger docu­ments and reports.

The B6300 can offer a total paper capacity
of up to 1,800 pages for busier workgroup
environments.

Its true 1200dpi resolution produces razor­sharp images, giving you the perfect tool

for creating leaets, mailers, manuals or

corporate reports.

B6500

This ultimate workgroup model offers a

its many compelling features. The B6500
boasts the highest duty cycle in this series,
of up to 200,000 pages a month, increasing
the printers durability.

As with the other two models, the
B6500 is fully networked by means of an
optional user-installable network card and

for additional exibility in paper handling,

duplex printing is also available as an option.

The B6500 offers a very high capacity toner
of 22,000 pages for more cost effective
printing and less user intervention.

UTILITY SUITE

Unlock printing power and maintain business control

The B6000 Series Utility Suite is a unique set of software designed to help users get the most out of their investment.

Below are some of the advanced utilities that deliver increased printing power and management control. For a

complete list of utilities refer to the product specication tables.

PrintSuperVision*

This system allows IT support staff to monitor all busi-

ness printers within the rewall, regardless of printer

make. Access is given to networked printer data for
monitoring, reporting and managing networked printers.
The user interface is via a standard web browser and no

additional software is required.

HP Web Jetadmin**

Plug-in les to enable full support for our printers

within HP Web Jetadmin. Ensures compatibility with

existing systems and total business efciency.

Secure Print***

A useful feature when a condential document has

to be printed on a shared network printer. A Personal

Identication Number (PIN) can be assigned to each

print job sent to the printer. The user then enters the

PIN number into the printer’s operator panel to print the

document. To use the Secure Print feature, the printer
must have an internal HDD installed.

Ask OKI

With Ask OKI, help is close at hand for advice, hints and
tips. The Ask OKI tab in the printer driver connects users

to a web site specically tailored to their particular OKI

Printing Solutions model. This gives simple, step by

step instructions for optimal printing – be it banners,
double-sided sheets or booklets – as well as ideas to

help users make the most of their printer.

PDF Print Direct

This utility allows PDF les to be sent directly to the

printer without having to open the actual application,
saving the user time. To use PDF Print Direct, the OKI
Printing Solutions driver needs to be installed and the

printer requires a HDD or Compact Flash for optimum

performance.

Template Manager*

This powerful software program makes life easier in

the ofce by providing ready-made templates for many

kinds of stationery and promotional materials such as

labels and business cards. The unique Editing Suite
allows the freedom to create new templates for specic
media or industry specic documents and to make it

even easier the software automatically matches the
document with the correct media. These templates
can also be shared across networks for design/brand
consistency.
