Using OAKLEY THUMP in or near water or other liquids, or in wet locations, may cause electric shock and serious injury. The frame is not waterproof.
This eyewear is not designed to protect the wearer from all injury in the event of impact with hard objects or if the lens is not properly secured in the frame. Oakley does not recommend the use of tinted lenses for night driving, or direct viewing of the sun or strong artificial light sources. Sunglasses are not recommended for industrial protection.

IMPORTANT:
CHARGE THE BATTERY BEFORE USING
The internal battery requires a full 3 hour charge before initial use. With the USB cable, connect OAKLEY THUMP directly to your computer’s USB port. OAKLEY THUMP will draw electricity from your computer to charge its internal battery. Please note the following:
• The USB cable plugs into the bottom of OAKLEY THUMP, behind the ear boom on the right side. Be sure the earphone extender is pushed back to expose the Mini-B USB receptacle in the eyewear frame. Release the protective cover from the connection port to plug in the cable.
• When plugging in the USB cable, be sure you have the right cable and the right connection port on your computer. Be sure to align the plug correctly. If the plug will not go in, try flipping it over.

INDICATOR TONES / INDICATOR LIGHT
INDICATOR TONES
• When the
Play / Pause
button is first pressed to start listening to music, a ‘THUMP-THUMP’
power-up tone is heard.
• When the
Play / Pause
button is pressed and held for three seconds, OAKLEY THUMP turns off and a ‘THUMP-THUMP’ power-down tone is heard. (OAKLEY THUMP will automatically power down in three minutes after the final song is played, or if left in Pause mode.)
• When the battery is running low (less than 20%), a high-low pitched tone is heard. The tone is heard during initial startup and while music is playing.
INDICATOR LIGHT
When connected to AC or computer:
• The small indicator light on the frame blinks slowly to indicate the link is okay.
• When the battery is charged, the light stops blinking and remains on to indicate a full battery.
• When files are transferred to OAKLEY THUMP, the light blinks rapidly to indicate data is being received.
• The LED will blink 1 of 3 colors, depending on battery level:
100% - Solid Green 67% - 99% - Blinking Green 34% - 66% - Blinking Amber 0% - 33% - Blinking Red
When disconnected from AC or computer:
• When the battery has less than 20% power remaining, the light blinks red to indicate a low
battery.
