• Rugged steel housing with corrosion-resistant finish
• Suspension chains with springs provided to ensure quiet
operation
• 4" round ports to outside ducts for easy connection
• 6" round ports to inside ducts for easy connection
• All inside surfaces covered with insulation

The Air Exchanger shall be Broan-NuTone Model AE60.
Centrifugal blower wheel recirculates 250 cfm of air from the
dwelling and exchanges 80 cfm of air with the outside, tempering
the incoming air from outside.
Provisions for mounting the unit to the ceiling joists to be
provided.
Unit shall include easily removable, washable air filters.
Unit to include a 3 foot built-in power cord.
The controls are to be mounted outside the unit and include an
integral off/low/high switch, and provisions for low voltage
controls.
Unit to accommodate 6" round, insulated duct.
Blower shall be designed for continuous operation using a
permanently lubricated motor.
Unit to be UL listed and CSA certified.
