Reason: It has been reported that both retaining pins in the device mount for

vehicles P/N 84 12 069 may become loose. If the retaining pins
loosen the Oxylog 2000 can fall down in worst case.

Solution: The two retaining pins (P/N 84 12 245) shall be secured with

Loctite 221. Mark secured pins with screw stop varnish 3000 ISO
red.

Devices affected: All device mounts for vehicles P/N 84 12 069 shipped prior February

1999.

When: Next Service Call or Preventive Maintenance.

Cost: Covered by Customer, post warranty.
