Solution/Procedure: Install Inlet Shield on all Fabius Tiro units shipped from DMI per
above Service Procedure and complete Return Form (attached)
and return to DMI/DS within 7 days of completion.
Devices affected: S/N 10004 – 10008, 10013 - 10016, 10018 – 10034, 10036 -
10038, 10044 – 10046, 10060 - 10072
Timing/When: Before device installation or at next service visit. But, no later than
30 days from date of this TSB.
Additional Info: Perform SP00285 – Inlet Fitting Shield Installation
Cost: Inlet Shield Kits come at no charge to the customer and are
installed under warranty.
Ordering Info: Contact your DMI Customer Service Representative to order the
Inlet Shield Kit using part number 4118541.
