• Exterior finish: Exterior front and sides are painted white ba ked ena mel. The top and bottom are ga lvanized st eel. All exterior joints and seams fold in without lap joints. No exposed raw edges.

• Interior finish: Interior liner is painted white.

• Insulation: The complete cabinet is foamed-in-place with polyurethane foam insulation.

• Hardware: 4 epoxy coated shelves per door - stand ard . Cantilev ere d shelving is ad jus table to 1” incr ements. Shelves may be installed either horizontally or slanted to display product.

• Sliding glass Extra large glass doors provide 17.1 square feet of clear glass viewing space. Frames are of extruded doors: black polyvinylchloride. Glass is tempered thermopane.

• Electrical: Interior fluorescent lighting.

• Refrigeration: Complete bottom mount refrigeration system. A copper tube, aluminum fin evaporator is coated with a special acrylic to prevent deterioration from acidic foods. The condensate is collected and automatically evaporated from an electric vaporizer pan. Operating temperature: 38°F.

• Approvals: N.S.F. listed under Standard #7. U.L. listed under Standard 471.
