• Exterior finish:

Exterior front and sides are painted white baked enamel. The top and bottom are galvanized steel. All exterior joints and seams fold in without lap joints.

• Interior finish: Interior liner is painted white.

• Insulation:

The complete cabinet is foamed-in-place with polyurethane foam insulation.

• Hardware:

Heavy duty, pivot hinges with hold open devices; key locks; pull handles; self adjusting magnetic gaskets; 4 epoxy coated cantilevered shelves per door - standard. Cantilevered shelving is adjustable to 1” increments. Shelves may be installed either horizontally or slanted to display product.

• Glass doors

Extra large glass doors provide 9.6 square feet of clear glass viewing space per door. Glass is tempered, three pane, heated thermopane.

• Electrical:

All models are standard with complete perimeter, anti-condensate door opening heater wires and an interior high intensity fluorescent light activated by a manual switch.

• Refrigeration:

Complete bottom mount refrigeration system includes a copper tube, aluminum fin evaporator. The condensate is collected and automatically evaporated from an electric vaporizer. Refrigerant flow is controlled by a thermostatic expansion valve increasing the ability of the freezer to meet varying load conditions. Operating temperature: -15°F.
