3.1 Memory Configuration

Memory Mirroring / Memory Lockstep Configuration: Refer to 3.1.3
3.1.1 Independent Channel Configuration
Available slots: 12 per processor
NOTE:
Minimum one memory kit per processor must be installed.
The configured memories must be identical.
It is recommended to install memory kits in multiples of two (four identical DIMMs) for quad-channel
symmetric memory configurations to increase memory transfer speed.
When two processors are installed, balance the DIMMs across the two processors.
Mix configurations of UDIMM/RDIMM/LRDIMM are not supported
