IV Maintenance
Your juicer’s grater sieve is an extremely delicate part and you should treat it with care. Avoid any rough
handling that could damage it. Replace your sieve as soon as you see signs of wear or
damage. You will find the part at the approved centres shown in the handbook. In all cases, plan for its
replacement every 2 years on average if you use your appliance daily.
- Check your appliance’s connection to the socket.
- Check that the lid (A) is correctly positioned (fig. 5)
- If the problems persists, contact your usual retailer or an approved service centre.
- Always keep the appliance out of reach of children. Prevent children from using it.
- Let rotating parts come to a complete stop before opening the appliance.
- Always use the pusher to guide food into the funnel. Never insert your fingers, a fork, knife, spatula
or any other object.
- Disconnect the appliance’s plug after each use.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Do not rinse.
- Do not exceed the maximum quantities or duration for operation shown in the recipe table.
- Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged.
- This appliance complies with applicable technical rules and standards.
- It is designed to run on alternating current only. Check that your mains voltage corresponds to
that shown on the appliance’s rating plate before first using it.
- Do not place or use the appliance on a hot-plate or close to a flame (gas cooker).
- Only use the product on a stable work surface sheltered from splashes of water.
- Disconnect the appliance:
* if the appliance does not operate correctly
* before each cleaning or maintenance operation
* after use
- Never pull the power cord to disconnect the appliance.
- Before using an extension, always first make sure it is in good condition.
- Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped.
- If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their after-sales service or a
person with similar qualification to avoid any danger.
- This product has been designed for domestic use only. Any commercial use, inappropriate use or failure to
comply with the instructions, the manufacturer accepts no responsibility and the guarantee will not apply.
- The product rating plate and main characteristics are on the bottom of the appliance.
