IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following:
1. READ all instructions.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put blender
in water or other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by
or near children.
4. ALWAYS UNPLUG from power outlet when not in use, before
putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning or removing
contents from blender jar.
5. DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after
the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped, or if it has been
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
author ized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
6. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury
to persons.
7. DO NOT use outdoors or for commercial purposes.
8. NEVER let the cord hang over the edge of a table or touch hot
surfaces.
9. Keep hands and utensils out of jar while blending, to reduce the
risk of severe injury to persons or damage to blender itself. A
rubber or plastic spatula may be used but must be used only
when the blender is not running.
10. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.

11. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-assembly blades on
base without jar properly attached.
12. Always operate blender with cover in place.
13. DO NOT blend hot liquids.
14. Never leave your blender unattended while it is running.
15. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce risks resulting
form becoming entangled in tripping over a longer cord
16. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children)with reduced physical sensory or capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge ,unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety.

OPERATING YOUR BLENDER
Preparing Your Blender
1. Before assembling your blender, wipe blender base with a warm
sudsy cloth, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft
cloth. Wash blender jar, lid, collar and blades in warm, sudsy
wa ter. Rinse and wipe parts dry.
2. Turn blender jar upside down. Place the gasket on the blade
assembly.
3. Place the blade assembly with gasket in the bottom opening of
the jar.
