Parts
Invest in parts, accessories and service transceivers for warranty purpose
Store parts/PCB’s sensitive to ESD in antistatic boxes and bags
Manage and be responsible for warranty pool units/PCB’s supplied by Motorola
Purchase blister packs for accessory sales
Organisation
The customers equipment shall be stored in a safe place to obstruct theft
Customer shall receive a receipt with the identity of the equipment when handing over
equipment for service
Use a work ticket which describes the details of executed service work
Produce a plain invoice which, together with the work ticket, describes the details and cost of
executed service work
Transfer work ticket information (warranty claims data) following the file format specification supplied by Motorola
Access to internet¹, e-mail² and fax to be able to order parts and receive information about service and parts from Motorola
Ensure that SIFT-program and SIFT data-files are up to date in order to process claims-data correctly
Economy
When performing warranty repairs use the warranty price list confirmed by Motorola
When performing non warranty repairs take responsibility that the cost for the customer is
reasonable
Economical conditions and economical educated people to handle service and parts
