– never make any modifications to part of the product other
than those specified in this manual. Operations of this type
will lead to malfunctions. The manufacturer declines all lia­bility for damage caused by makeshift modifications to the
product.
– The product packaging material must be disposed of in
full observance of current local legislation governing waste
disposal.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED USE

This product comprises a modular rack in nylon (one module =
500 mm) designed for use in systems for the automation of slid­ing gates with Moovo range motors, for residential applications.

PRODUCT DISPOSAL

This product is an integral part of the automation and there­fore must be disposed together with the latter.

As in installation, also at the end of product lifetime, the disas­sembly and scrapping operations must be performed by quali­fied personnel.
This product comprises various types of materials: some may be
recycled others must be disposed of. Seek information on the
recycling and disposal systems envisaged by the local regula­tions in your area for this product category.
CAUTION! – some parts of the product may contain pollutant or
hazardous substances which, if disposed of into the environ­ment, may cause serious damage to the environment or physical
health.
As indicated by the symbol alongside, disposal of this product in
domestic waste is strictly prohibited. Separate
the waste into categories for disposal, according
to the methods envisaged by current legislation
in your area, or return the product to the retailer
when purchasing a new version.
CAUTION! – Local legislation may envisage
serious fines in the event of abusive disposal of this product.

PRELIMINARY INSTALLATION WORK

• Check that the packaging is intact before opening, and then
check the product inside.

• Before proceeding with installation, check the suitability of
the selected model in relation to the weight of the gate to be
automated.

• Ensure that the selected surfaces for installation are solid and
guarantee a stable fixture.

• Ensure that the rack is in a sheltered location and protected
against the risk of accidental impact.

Application limits

– This product can be used exclusively with Moovo motors with
the relative pinion.
– This product can be installed on gates with a maximum length
of 5 m and maximum weight of 300 kg.

RACK ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Using a rubber mallet, join the two sections of the rack and insert
a fixing bracket in the joining point. Then secure the bracket by
means of a screw (fig. 1).

Note – To improve fixture of the rack to the gate leaf, fix a brack-
et also at the centre of each section.

In any event, refer to the Moovo automation instruction manual
for further information on the assembly of rack modules and
methods for fixing these elements on the gate leaf.

Note – The screws required to fix the rack on the gate leaf are
not included in the pack as their type depends on the material
and thickness of the leaf on which they are inserted.

DESCRIZIONE DEL PRODOTTO E
DESTINAZIONE D’USO

Il presente prodotto è una cremagliera modulare in nylon (un
modulo = 500 mm) destinata ad essere usata nelle automazioni

saggio della stessa all’anta del cancello.

Nota – Le viti necessarie al fissaggio della cremagliera sull’anta
del cancello non sono comprese nella confezione, in quanto, la
loro tipologia dipende dal materiale e dallo spessore dell’anta nel
quale devono essere inserite.

SMALTIMENTO DEL PRODOTTO

Questo prodotto è parte integrante dell'automazione, e dun­que, deve essere smaltito insieme con essa.

Come per le operazioni d'installazione, anche al termine della vita
di questo prodotto, le operazioni di smantellamento devono
essere eseguite da personale qualificato.
Questo prodotto è costituito da vari tipi di materiali: alcuni posso­no essere riciclati, altri devono essere smaltiti. Informatevi sui
sistemi di riciclaggio o smaltimento previsti dai regolamenti
vigenti sul vostro territorio, per questa categoria di prodotto.
Attenzione! – alcune parti del prodotto possono contenere
sostanze inquinanti o pericolose che, se disperse nell’ambiente,
potrebbero provocare effetti dannosi sull'ambiente stesso e sulla
salute umana.
Come indicato dal simbolo a lato, è vietato gettare questo pro­dotto nei rifiuti domestici. Eseguire quindi la “rac­colta separata” per lo smaltimento, secondo i

VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI ALL’INSTALLAZIONE

l’adeguatezza del modello scelto in relazione al peso del cancel­lo da automatizzare.

• Verificare che la superficie prescelta per l’installazione sia solida
e che possa, quindi, garantire un fissaggio stabile.

• Verificare che la cremagliera sia collocata in una posizione pro­tetta e al riparo da urti accidentali.

Limiti d’impiego

– Il presente prodotto può essere utilizzato esclusivamente con i
motori Moovo, con pignone.
– Il presente prodotto può essere installato su cancelli con lun­ghezza massima di 5 m e peso massimo di 300 kg.

ASSEMBLAGGIO E INSTALLAZIONE DELLA
CREMAGLIERA

Con l'aiuto di un martello di gomma unire tra loro due pezzi di
cremagliera e incastrare nel punto di giunzione una staffa di fis­saggio. Infine, bloccare la staffa con una vite (fig. 1).

Nota – Per rendere più sicuro il successivo fissaggio della cre­magliera all’anta del cancello, è consigliabile fissare una staffa
anche al centro di ogni singolo pezzo.

In ogni caso, si consiglia di fare riferimento al manuale istruzioni
dell’automatismo Moovo per ulteriori informazioni sull’assem­blaggio dei moduli della cremagliera e sulle modalità per il fis-

Note – Les vis nécessaires à la fixation de la crémaillère sur le
vantail ne sont pas comprises dans l’emballage, car leur typologie
dépend du matériau et de l’épaisseur du vantail dans lequel elles
doivent être vissées.

MISE AU REBUT DU PRODUIT

Ce produit est partie intégrante de l’automatisme et doit
donc être mis au rebut avec ce dernier.

Comme pour l’installation, à la fin de la durée de vie de ce produit,
les opérations de démantèlement doivent être effectuées par du
personnel qualifié. Ce produit est constitué de différents types de
matériaux : certains peuvent être recyclés, d’autres doivent être
mis au rebut. Informez-vous sur les systèmes de recyclage ou de
mise au rebut prévus par les règlements, en vigueur dans votre
pays, pour cette catégorie de produit.
Attention ! – certains composants du produit peuvent contenir
des substances polluantes ou dangereuses qui pourraient avoir
des effets nuisibles sur l’environnement et sur la santé des per­sonnes s’ils étaient jetés dans la nature.
Comme l’indique le symbole ci-contre, il est interdit de jeter ce
produit avec les ordures ménagères. Par consé­quent, utiliser la méthode de la « collecte sélec­tive » pour la mise au rebut des composants
conformément aux prescriptions des normes en
vigueur dans le pays d’utilisation ou restituer le
produit au vendeur lors de l'achat d’un nouveau

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT ET APPLICATION

Le présent produit est une crémaillère modulaire en nylon (un
module = 500 mm) destinée à être utilisée dans les automatismes
de portails coulissants avec les moteurs de la ligne Moovo, à usage
résidentiel. ATTENTION ! – Toute autre utilisation que celle dé -

crite doit être considérée comme im propre et interdite !

CONTRÔLES AVANT L’INSTALLATION

• Vérifier l’intégrité de l’emballage avant de l’ouvrir, et du produit à
l’intérieur.

• Avant d’effectuer l’installation, il est nécessaire de vérifier l’adé­quation du modèle choisi par rapport au poids du portail à auto­matiser.

• Vérifier que la surface choisie pour l’installation est solide et peut
donc garantir une fixation stable.

• Vérifier que la crémaillère se trouve dans une position protégée,
à l’abri des chocs accidentels.

Limites d’application

– Le présent produit peut être utilisé exclusivement avec les
moteurs Moovo, avec pignon.
– Le présent produit peut être installé sur des portails d’une lon­gueur maximum de 5 m et d’un poids maximum de 300 kg.

ASSEMBLAGE ET INSTALLATION DE LA
CRÉMAILLÈRE

À l’aide d’un maillet en caoutchouc, unir deux morceaux de cré­maillère et encastrer une patte de fixation dans le point de jonc­tion. Bloquer ensuite la patte à l’aide d’une vis (fig. 1).

Note – Pour rendre plus sûre la fixation de la crémaillère au vantail
du portail, il est conseillé de fixer une patte aussi au centre de
chaque morceau.

ENSAMBLAJE E INSTALACIÓN DE
LA CREMALLERA

Con un martillo de goma una entre sí dos trozos de cremallera y
encastre en el punto de unión un estribo de fijación. Por último,
bloquee el estribo con un tornillo (fig. 1).

Nota – Para que la fijación de la cremallera a la hoja de la cance­la sea más segura, se aconseja también fijar un estribo en el cen­tro de cada uno de los trozos.

Anmerkung – Die Schrauben zur Befestigung der Zahnstange
an dem Torflügel befinden sich nicht in der Packung, da ihr Typ
vom Material und der Stärke des jeweiligen Torflügels abhängt.

ENTSORGUNG DES PRODUKTES

Das vorliegende Produkt ist Bestandteil der Automation und
muss daher zusammen mit ihr entsorgt werden.

Wie die Installationsarbeiten muss auch die Abrüstung am Ende
der Lebensdauer dieses Produktes von Fachpersonal ausgeführt
werden. Dieses Produkt besteht aus verschiedenen Stoffen, von
denen einige recycled werden können, andere müssen hingegen
entsorgt werden. Informieren Sie sich über die Recycling- oder
Entsorgungssysteme für dieses Produkt, die von den auf Ihrem
Gebiet gültigen Verordnungen vorgesehen sind.
Achtung! – bestimmte Teile des Produktes können Schadstoffe
oder gefährliche Substanzen enthalten, die, falls in die Umwelt
gegeben, schädliche Wirkungen auf die Umwelt und die
menschliche Gesundheit haben könnten.
Wie durch das Symbol seitlich angegeben, ist es verboten, die­ses Produkt zum Haushaltmüll zu geben. Daher

• Prüfen Sie, ob die Zahnstange in geschützter und stoßsicherer
Position angebracht werden kann.

Einsatzgrenzen

– Das vorliegende Produkt kann ausschließlich mit den Antrieben
Moovo mit Ritzel benutzt werden.
– Das vorliegende Produkt kann an Toren mit 5 m Höchstlänge
und 300 kg Höchstgewicht installiert sein.

ZUSAMMENBAU UND INSTALLATION DER
ZAHNSTANGE

Vereinen Sie zwei Teile der Zahnstange mit Hilfe eines Gummi­hammers und spannen Sie an der Verbindungsstelle einen Befe­stigungsbügel ein. Blockieren Sie dann den Bügel mit einer
Schraube (Abb. 1).

Anmerkung – Damit die spätere Befestigung der Zahnstange
am Torflügel sicherer wird, sollte ein Bügel auch in der Mitte eines
jeden Zahnstangenteils befestigt werden.

LIKWIDACJA PRODUKTU

Ten produkt jest integralną częścią automatu, dlatego też po ­winien zostać zlikwidowany razem z nim.

Zarówno w przypadku operacji instalowania, jak również po zakoń­czeniu eksploatacji urządzenia, operacje demontażu powinny być
wykonywane przez personel wykwalifikowany.
Urządzenie składa się z różnych rodzajów materiałów: niektóre z
nich mogą być ponownie używane, inne nadają się do wyrzucenia.
Zgromadzić niezbędne informacje, dotyczące placówek zajmują­cych się recyrkulacja lub likwidacją materiałów, zgodnie z przepisami
obowiązującymi dla tej kategorii urządzenia na Waszym terytorium.
Uwaga! - niektóre części urządzenia mogą zawierać substancje
zanieczyszczające lub niebezpieczne, które zostaną jeżeli rozrzuco­ne w otoczeniu, mogą wywierać szkodliwy wpływ na środowisko i
zdrowie ludzkie.
Jak wskazuje symbol zamieszczony obok, za brania się wyrzucania
urządzenia razem z odpadami domowymi. Należy więc przeprowa­dzić “selektywną zbiórkę odpadów”, zgodnie z
metodami przewidzianymi przez przepisy obowią­zujące na Waszym terytorium lub oddać urzadze­nie do sprzedawcy podczas dokonywania zakupu
nowego ekwiwalentnego urządzenia.
Uwaga! - lokalne przepisy mogą przewidywać
wysokie kary za nielegalną likwidację niniejszego urządzenia.

OPIS URZĄDZENIA I JEGO PRZEZNACZENIE

Niniejsze urządzenie jest modułową nylonową listwą zębatą (jeden
moduł = 500 mm), przeznaczoną do zastosowania w automatach do
bram przesuwnych z silnikami z serii Moovo, do użytku prywatnego.

UWAGA! - Każde inne zastosowanie, odmienne od opisanego
w tej instrukcji jest niewłaściwe i zabronione!

WERYFIKACJE WSTĘPNE DO WYKONANIA
PRZED INSTALACJĄ

• Przed otwarciem opakowania należy sprawdzić jego stan, a
następnie sprawdzić stan urządzenia znajdującego się wewnątrz.

• Przed przystąpieniem do instalacji należy sprawdzić, czy wybrany
model urządzenia jest odpowiedni dla ciężaru bramy przeznaczonej
do zautomatyzowania.

• Sprawdzić, czy wybrana wstępnie powierzchnia przeznaczona do
instalacji urządzenia jest trwała i może zagwarantować stabilne
przymocowanie.

• Sprawdzić, czy listwa zębata będzie umieszczona w położeniu,
które ochroni je przed przypadkowymi uderzeniami.

Ograniczenia zastosowania

– Ten produkt może być używany wyłącznie z silnikami Moovo, z
kołem zębatym.
– Ten produkt może być instalowany w bramach o maksymalnej
długości 5 m i maksymalnej wadze do 300 kg.

MONTAŻ I INSTALACJA LISTWY ZĘBATEJ

Z pomocą gumowego młotka połączyć ze sobą dwie części listwy
zębatej i w miejscu połączenia przymocować uchwyt mocujący.
Przykręcić uchwyt śrubą (rys. 1).

LET OP! – Een foutief uitgevoerde installatie en programme-

ring kan ernstig letsel toebrengen aan de personen die de
werkzaamheden uitvoeren of aan hen die de installatie zullen
gebruiken. Daarom is het van belang dat u tijdens de installatie
de wetten en normen op het gebied van de veiligheid, zoals die
plaatselijk van kracht zijn alsook alle aanwijzingen uit deze
handleiding opvolgt. Begin niet met de installatie indien u ook
maar de minste twijfel heeft. Vraag eventueel uitleg aan de
klantenservice van Moovo.

Let op! – Neem de volgende aanbevelingen in acht:
– breng geen wijzigingen aan onderdelen aan, indien dit niet in
deze handleiding is voorzien. Dergelijke handelingen kunnen
alleen maar storingen veroorzaken. De fabrikant wijst elke aan­sprakelijkheid voor schade tengevolge van willekeurig gewij­zigde producten van de hand.
– De afvalverwerking van het verpakkingsmateriaal van het
product moet geheel en al volgens de plaatselijk geldende
regels plaatsvinden.

VOOR HET GEBRUIK

• Bewaar deze handleiding zorgvuldig zodat u haar in de toekomst
bij eventuele onderhoudswerkzaamheden van dit product kunt
raadplegen.

• Vergewis u ervan dat wanneer het product aan het einde van zijn
levensduur is gekomen, dat het materiaal gerecycled wordt of vol­gens de plaatselijk geldende voorschriften wordt ontmanteld.

poortvleugel vindt u niet in de verpakking daar het soort daarvan
afhankelijk is van het materiaal en de dikte van de vleugel waarop zij
moeten worden aangebracht.

AFVALVERWERKING VAN HET PRODUCT

Dit product vormt een integrerend deel van de automatisering
en moet dus samen daarmee ontmanteld worden.

Wanneer de levensduur van dit product ten einde is, dienen, zoals dit
ook bij de installatiewerkzaamheden het geval is, de ontmantelings­werkzaamheden door gekwalificeerde technici te worden uitgevoerd.
Dit product bestaat uit verschillende soorten materialen: sommige
daarvan kunnen opnieuw gebruikt worden, terwijl andere als afval
verwerkt dienen te worden. Win inlichtingen in over de methoden
van hergebruik of afvalverwerking in en houd u aan de in uw land
voor dit soort producten van kracht zijnde voorschriften
Let op! – sommige delen van het product kunnen vervuilende of
gevaarlijke stoffen bevatten: indien die in het milieu zouden verdwij­nen, zouden ze schadelijke gevolgen voor het milieu en de menselij­ke gezondheid kunnen hebben.
Zoals dat door het symbool hiernaast is aangegeven, is het verbo­den dit product met het gewone huisafval weg te
gooien. Scheid uw afval voor verwerking op een
manier zoals die in de plaatselijke regelgeving is
voorzien of lever het product bij uw leverancier in,
wanneer u een nieuw gelijksoortig product koopt.
Let op! – de plaatselijke regelgeving kan in zware
straffen voorzien in geval van illegale dumping van dit product.

BESCHRIJVING VAN HET PRODUCT EN
GEBRUIKSDOEL

Dit product is een modulaire tandstang van nylon (één module =
500 mm) dat bestemd is om gebruikt te worden in automatiserin­gen van schuifpoorten met motoren uit de lijn Moovo, voor gebruik
bij woningen. LET OP! – Elk ander gebruik dat niet overeenkomt

met wat beschreven is, dient als oneigenlijk gebruik te worden
be schouwd en is dus verboden!

CONTROLES VOOR DE INSTALLATIE

• Controleer voordat u de verpakking open maakt, of die intact is,
en het product daarin intact is.

• Voordat u de tandstang gaat installeren dient u te controleren of
het uitgekozen model in verhouding tot het gewicht van de automa­tiseren poort adequaat is.

• Verifieer dat het voor de installatie gekozen vlak stevig is en dus
een stabiele bevestiging kan garanderen.

• Verifieer dat de tandstang op een veilige en tegen stoten en bot­singen beschermde plaats is aangebracht.

Gebruikslimieten

– Dit product mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt met motoren Moovo,
met rondsel.
– Dit product mag worden geïnstalleerd op poorten met een lengte
van ten hoogste 5 m en een gewicht van ten hoogste 300 kg.

ASSEMBLEREN EN INSTALLEREN VAN
DE TANDSTANG

Koppel met behulp van een rubberen hamer de twee delen van de
tandstang aan elkaar en steek er op het verbindingspunt een bevesti­gingsbeugel in. Zet daarna de beugel met een schroef vast (afb. 1).

N.B. – Om de bevestiging daarna van de tandstang op de poort­vleugel nog veiliger te maken, is het raadzaam ook in het midden
