Customer Notice

Thank you for your purchase of the Moog Infinity Set. For customers that have

purchased an enteral set from Moog before, we have made some modifications to

ensure they meet and surpass your needs as an Infinity user. Below is a diagram

outlining improved features:

Backpack Strap Loops

The loops offer ease in

securing the set during

ambulatory use. When

using the set within a

backpack, thread the

Velcro® straps through the

loops, then around the

funnel and secure tightly.

Cap & Funnel

The easy-to-secure cap and

funnel is the most noticeable

change to the set. Unlike other

caps, the new design requires a

quarter turn to ensure a secure

closure.

Anti-Roll Flange

The addition of this new

feature reduces the chance of

the bag folding over on the

tubing exit port.

It is Moog’s intention to transition to the new sets as quickly as possible. For a

period of time, a possibility does exist that you will receive a case of sets with the

former design. The performance of both sets, regardless of which one you receive,

is consistent with Moog’s commitment to our customers for quality, flexible and

easy to use products.
