Starting Engine

1. Hold on the fob key.

2. Push down and release the knob key.

3. Turn the knob key to "ON" within five seconds.

4. Check that the engine stop switch is in the RUN position.

5. Make certain the transmission is in neutral.

6. Leaving the throttle completely closed, push the starter button.

Stopping Engine

1. Close the throttle completely.

2. Shift the transmission into neutral.

3. Turn the knob key to "OFF".
