Handling
§ Put Calls on Hold
§ Answer the call.
§ Press the hold key.
§ Forward Call
§ Answer call of person A.
§ Press forward key (upward arrow)
§ Dial the quick dialling (or the whole number) of person B.
§ To forward a call without announcing the caller to person B, press the forward key
again.
§ To forward a call with announcing the caller to person B, wait until person B answers
the call. Then announce the caller and press the forward key again.
§ To abort the forwarding process, press this key:
§ Conference Calls
§ Answer call of person A.
§ Press the conference key (downward arrow)
§ Dial the quick dialling (or the whole number) of person B.
§ Press the conference key again.
§ Redialling
§ The redialling key enables redialling of the last 100 dialled numbers. Pressing the
redialling key twice will automatically call the last dialled number.
