Handling
§ Put Call on Hold
o Answer call.
o Press Hold-Key
§ Forward Call
o Accept call of person A.
o Press Forward-Key
o Dial the quick dialling (or the whole number) of person B.
o To forward a call without announcing the caller to person B, press again.
o To forward a call with announcing the caller to person B, wait until person B answers the
call. Then announce the caller and press the forward key again.
o To interrupt the forwarding process, press this key:
o To switch back to the caller (person A) press this key:
§ Conference Calls
o Answer call of person A.
o Press the conference key.
o Dial the quick dialling (or the whole number) of person B
o Press the conference key again.
§ Redialling
o The redialling key enables redialling of the last 100 dialled numbers. Pressing the
redialling key twice will automatically call the last dialled number.
