Mirage speakers utilize exclusive Omnipolar
technology that is remarkably different
from other loudspeakers. Omnipolar
speakers radiate sound in all directions
mimicking how sound propagates in nature.
This technology produces incredibly real and lifelike
sound that fills a room and envelops the listener regardless of your listening position. This makes Mirage
speakers suitable for less than ideal room configurations.
1. Choose the speakers that can comfortably accept the
power from the customer's receiver or power amplifier.
2. A note on Room Sizes: Each Mirage system is designed
to fit within a certain size room. Please use these only as
guidelines as room acoustics and amplifier power can
alter how a speaker performs within a room.
A small room can be considered anything smaller than
10 x 20ft (3 x 6m). A medium room can be considered
anything between 10 x 20ft ~ 20 x 20ft (3 x 6m ~ 6 x 6m).
A large room can be considered anything above 20 x 20ft
(6 x 6m).
3. All systems within this pocket guide are in 5.1 configurations. When qualifying the customer, first determine
whether or not their receiver/ amplifier is capable of
extended 6.1 and 7.1 surround formats or Zone B operation and make additional surround speaker recommendations based on this ability. For example, in System 5
add 1-2 additional OMNISAT speakers to complete the
listening experience.
The following Mirage systems have been designed to fit
into different room sizes and budgets. Because all Mirage
speakers are designed to seamlessly blend with each
other, you can create many different systems that mix
and match different Mirage speakers. Use the above criteria to qualify your customer before selecting a speaker
system to audition.
