Ideal für Brillenträger

Um auch Brillenträgern ein optimales Sehfeld zu ermöglichen, sind MINOX Ferngläser mit Drehaugenmuscheln ausgestattet.

Benutzung ohne Brille

Beobachter, die keine Brille tragen, drehen an beiden Okularen die Augenmuscheln nach links (gegen den Uhrzeigersinn) heraus. Dabei lassen sich die Augenmuscheln in vier verschiedenen Stufen einrasten, was eine feinere Abstimmung des richtigen Augenabstands ermöglicht.

Benutzung mit Brille

Beobachter, die eine Brille tragen, drehen an beiden Okularen die Augenmuscheln nach rechts bis zum Anschlag (Lieferzustand). So lässt sich das gesamte Sehfeld ohne störende Beschneidung am Rand überblicken. Je nach Augenabstand oder Brille lassen sich die Augenmuscheln in vier verschiedenen Stufen einrasten, was eine individuelle Abstimmung des richtigen Augenabstands ermöglicht.

Das optimale Sehfeld

Bitte schauen Sie in die Okulare Ihres Fernglases und winkeln Sie die zusammenfaltbaren Rohre so lange an, bis sich aus den Sehfeldern beider Objektive ein gemeinsames kreisrundes Bild ergibt.

Ideal for people wearing glasses

For use without wearing glasses

Those who do not wear glasses must turn the eyecups at both eyepieces in counterclockwise direction until they engage in the extended position. There are four different positions in which the eyecups can engage allowing a more precise adjustment of the correct distance to the eyes.

For use with glasses

Those who wear glasses must turn the eyecups at the two eyepieces in clockwise direction as far as they will go (as delivered). In this setting you can enjoy the entire field of view without disturbing interference at the edges. You can engage the eyecups in four different positions, depending on the distance to the eyes or the glasses worn, which enables an individual adjustment of the correct distance to the eyes.

The optimal field of view

Look into the eyepieces of your binoculars and adjust the angle of the hinged tubes until you have a singular circular viewing field from both fields of view.

Utilisation des jumelles sans lunettes

Pour obtenir une distance optimale entre son œil et l’oculaire de la jumelle, il suffit à l’observateur sans lunettes de tourner l’œilleton de chaque oculaire vers la gauche (dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre) et de l’arrêter sur une des quatre positions crantées.

Utilisation des jumelles avec lunettes

Pour obtenir un réglage optimal et individuel de la distance oculaire, le porteur de lunettes tourne l’œilleton de chaque oculaire vers la droite jusqu’au point de butée (réglage au moment de la livraison) et l’arrête sur une des quatre positions crantées. Il pourra ainsi bénéficier d’une vision complète du champ d’observation, sans limitation gênante au bord de l’image observée.

Le champ de vision optimal

Regarder au travers des oculaires de la jumelle puis écarter ou rapprocher les tubes pliables et ce, jusqu’à ce que le champ de vision de chacun des objectifs ne forme plus qu’une seule image circulaire.

Um eine optimale Bildschärfe zu erreichen, ist es notwendig, die Optik auf die Sehleistung Ihrer Augen abzustimmen. Dazu gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor:

(a) Drehen Sie beide Augenmuscheln (1) heraus. Visieren Sie nun ein weit entferntes, fest stehendes Objekt an. Bei geschlossenem rechten Auge drehen Sie den zentralen Mitteltrieb (3) so lange, bis das Beobachtungsobjekt für Ihr linkes Auge die optimale Bildschärfe erreicht.

(b) Visieren Sie nun dasselbe Beobachtungsobjekt an und ziehen Sie den Einstellring (2) zum Auge hin heraus, bis er einrastet*. Drehen Sie nun bei geschlossenem linken Auge den Einstellring (2) so lange, bis Sie für das rechte Auge die optimale Scharfstellung gefunden haben. Schieben Sie abschließend den Einstellring wieder zurück*, wodurch Ihre individuelle Schärfeneinstellung arretiert ist.

(d) Für die Beobachtung verschiedener Objekte in unterschiedlichen Entfernungen werden Sie immer auch die Scharfstellung regulieren müssen. Dafür benutzen Sie jetzt bitte nur noch den zentralen Mitteltrieb (3).

Achtung:

Bitte schauen Sie einem Fernglas nie in die Sonne, das kann zu schweren Augenverletzungen führen.

For pin-sharp definition you must adjust the optics of the binoculars to your individual eye vision. To do this, please proceed as follows:

Pour obtenir une vision optimale, il faut adapter l’optique de la jumelle à la vue de chaque observateur. Pour cela, il faut procéder comme suit:

a) Twist and extend both eyecups (1). Point to a far off, fixed object. Close your right eye and turn the central focussing wheel (3) until the object in view is in optimal focus for your left eye.

(b) Now point to the same object and pull the adjusting ring (2) towards your eye until the ring engages*. Now close your left eye and pull out the adjusting ring (2) until the object in view is perfectly focussed for your right eye. Push the adjusting ring back in* to lock your individual eye strength adjustment.

(d) For the observation of different objects at varying distances you will always have to adjust the focusing. To do this, please now just use the central focusing (3).

Caution:

Do not use binoculars to look into the sun, this could lead to eye injuries.

(a) Tournez les deux bonnettes vers le haut (1). Visez tout d’abord un objet fixe, situé dans le lointain. Puis, après avoir fermé l’œil droit, tournez le bouton de commande central (3) jusqu’à obtention d’une image nette de cet objet avec votre œil gauche.

(b) Ensuite, toujours en visant le même objet, tirez (vers l’œil) la bague de réglage (2) jusqu’à son encliquetage*. Puis, avec l’œil gauche fermé, tournez la bague de réglage (2) de l’oculaire droit jusqu’à obtention d’une mise au point optimale. Enfin, pour sauvegarder ce réglage individuel, replacez* la bague de réglage dans sa position initiale.

(d) Pour observer des objets situés à des distances différentes, il suffit alors de focaliser respectivement à l’aide du bouton central de commande et ce, en fonction de la distance de chaque objet observé.

Attention :

Ne jamais regarder en direction du soleil avec une jumelle! Cela pourrait occasionner de sérieux dommages aux yeux.

Nachdem Sie die Schärfe durch Drehen des Mitteltriebes am Fernglas wie gewünscht eingestellt haben, gibt Ihnen die Skala auf dem Fokussierrad in Höhe der Punkt-Markierung Auskunft über den Abstand zum scharf eingestellten Bereich.

Die Zahlen auf der Skala entsprechen dabei der Entfernung in Metern.

Using the distance scale on the dial of the central focussing wheel you can determine approximately the distance to the object in view.

Once you have adjusted the desired sharpness by turning the central focusing wheel on the binoculars, the scale on the focusing dial indicates at the marked point the distance to the area in focus.

The numbers on the scale correspond to the distance in meters.

Après avoir focalisé optimalement en faisant tourner la commande centrale de la jumelle, l‘échelle graduée de la bague de focalisation indiquera, à hauteur du point de marquage, la distance par rapport au domaine de mise au point déter-miné.

Les chiffres indiqués sur l‘échelle graduée correspondent à la distance, en mètres.

Um eine verwacklungsfreie Beobachtung zu gewährleisten, empfiehlt es sich, gerade bei höheren Vergrößerungen, ein Stativ einzusetzen. Dafür verwenden Sie den im Zubehör optional erhältlichen MINOX-Stativadapter (Best.-Nr.

69727). Entfernen Sie auf der Unterseite des Fernglases die Abdeckschraube (6) und bringen Sie dort den MINOX Stativadapter an. Die Abdeckschraube (6) bewahren Sie bitte gut auf und bringen diese nach Entfernung des Stativadapters wieder an.

Pflegetips Tips on how to care Conseils d’entretien

Verunreinigungen beeinträchtigen die Helligkeit Ihres MINOX Fernglases. Deshalb empfehlen wir, Fingerabdrücke, Staub und andere Verunreinigungen der Objektiv- und Okularoberflächen mit einem weichen Haarpinsel oder speziellen Optiktuch zu entfernen.

Auf der Unterseite eines jeden MINOX Fernglases finden Sie dessen Fabrikationsnummer. Für den Verlustfall ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich diese Nummer bitte notieren.

For shake-free viewing we recommend the use of a tripod, especially for high-power magnification. For this purpose, use the MINOX tripod adapter which is available as an optional accessory (Order no. 69727). Remove the cover screw (6) on the bottom of the binoculars and attach the MINOX tripod adapter in its place. Keep the cover screw (6) in a safe place and replace it after removing the tripod adapter.

Pour une observation exempte de tremblements, en parti culier lors de l’utilisation de forts grossissements, l’usage d’un trépied est conseillé. On peut installer ce dernier à l’aide de l’adaptateur de trépied MINOX proposé en option (code N° 69727). On l’installe après avoir enlevé la vis de protection (6) située sous la jumelle. Il faut revisser sur la jumelle après utilisation du trépied.

Soiling impairs the brightness of your MINOX binoculars. We therefore recommend always removing fingerprints, dust and other forms of soiling on the surfaces of the lens and eyepieces using a soft hair brush or a special lens cleaner.

On the bottom of each pair of binoculars you will find the factory number. It is important that you make a note of this number for the event of loss.

Les souillures risquent de provoquer une diminution dans la luminosité de votre jumelle MINOX. Nous conseillons donc d’éliminer les traces de doigts, la poussière ou autres impropretés de la surface des objectifs et des oculaires à l’aide d’un pinceau fin ou d’un chiffon optique spécial.

Au dos de chaque jumelle MINOX figure son numéro de fabrication. Il est important de noter cette référence: elle peut se révéler utile en cas de perte.

Mit dem Kauf dieses MINOX Spektivs haben Sie ein Produkt erworben, das nach besonders strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien hergestellt und geprüft wurde. Die für dieses Produkt geltende gesetzliche Gewährleistung von 30 Jahren wird von uns ab dem Tag des Verkaufs durch einen autorisierten Händler unter folgenden Bedingungen übernommen:

1) In der Gewährleistungszeit werden Beanstandungen, die auf Fabrikationsfehlern beruhen, kostenlos und nach eigenem Ermessen durch Instandsetzung, Austausch defekter Teile oder Umtausch in ein gleichartiges einwandfreies Erzeugnis behoben. Weitergehende Ansprüche, gleich welcher Art und gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund im Zusammenhang mit dieser Gewährleistung, sind ausgeschlossen.

With the purchase of this MINOX Spotting Scope you have acquired a product which has been manufactured and checked to special quality standards. For this product the MINOX GmbH provides warranty of 30 years. The period commences on the date of purchase from an authorized dealer and the warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1) During the warranty period we shall deal with complaints based on faulty manufacture (free of charge) by repair, replacement of defective parts or replacement by an identical flawless product at our own discretion. Consequential claims, no matter what kind of what legal argument in connection with this warranty, cannot be accepted.

2) Claims under warranty are null and void, if the defect has been caused by improper handling – which also can include the use of non-MINOX accessories – if the MINOX product is serviced by unauthorized persons or workshops, or if the serial number has been obliterated.

3) Warranty claims can only be made by submission of the typewritten sales slip of an authorized dealer.

4) When submitting claims under warranty please return the MINOX product together with the typewritten sales

3) Les droits à la garantie ne peuvent être invoqués que sur présentation d‘un justificatif d‘achat imprimé émanant d‘un négociant autorisé.
