manually to suit the respective light conditions

in daylight or in artificial light. Several flash
functions also permit further individual setting
of the camera.

To make sure that camera shake does not impair
the image results in the telephoto range (down
to 112 mm), the DC 8011 features an electronic
image stabilizer.

This feature also supports long exposures under
difficult light conditions or macro shots. The
image data are stored on the SD card with a
capacity of up to four gigabytes (SDHC), in ad­dition to this the DC 8011 additionally features
an internal memory of 32 megabyte. The power
supply is provided by a high-capacity lithium
ion battery. For fast and easy transfer of the
image files to a computer the camera has a
digital USB 2.0 port.
