IMPORTANT NOTES
• Read all instructions carefully before use.
• Keep the manual handy at all times.
• Some assembly required. Use correct tools for your safety.
• Do NOT use trainer for any other purpose than instructed.
• The trainer is manufactured to precise standards. Disassembling or rebuilding by yourself will void the warranty.
WARNINGS
Use two-wheeled normal bikes only. Tandems cannot be used.
We strongly recommend you to replace your quick release skewer with the one supplied
in the kit. Also install the coupling protector cap onto the right side coupling of the trainer.
Otherwise the stability will not be guaranteed.
You can remove the coupling protector cap when your bike doesn't have quick release
system but hub nuts, and when you use your own quick release skewer at your own risk.
Remove all oils and moisture from the drive roller and the tire before use.
Make sure the center frame is securely locked to the U-frame before installing your bike.
Check the couplings supporting the rear hub for damage and cracks. Accidents may occur
from cracked or damaged couplings.
You should not use the left side knob bolt for tightening the wheel axle. This is for pre-
adjusting the wheel position to the exactly center of the drive roller only.
Holding the wheel securely must be done by the right side hub handle.
When using the trainer, place it on a at and level surface oor for safe training.
Do not over-tighten the hub handles. Overtightening may cause damage to the trainer or
your bicycle frame. The clamp handles should be a snug and secure t. Do NOT force!
Before use, make sure all bolts and nuts are securely fastened.
Keep away from small children, and keep hands and feet away from spinning rollers and
wheels at all times.
Open the legs fully, make sure the front fork support touches the center frame edge and
adjust the center frame to t your bike wheel base correctly to get maximum stability.

<Required Tools> • Hex Wrench: M4 / M5
• Spanner: 10mm
Open the frame support legs and t the rubber feet at the correct angle and depth so the base is in full
contact with the oor.
NOTE: If the both legs don't touch the oor at same time and if one side of leg is still being lifted
up slightly, pull up the leg upward strongly then place the trainer on the oor again.

Connecting the Extension Tube to the U-Frame.
Lay down the U-Frame horizontally.
Remove the lower preassembled part bolt, nut and collar on the U-Frame. Do NOT remove the upper part
bolt and nut.
Put the collar into the hole on the Extension Tube then connect to the U-Frame while making sure the
Lock Bracket is facing upper.
Once hook the lock to the upper part bolt then tighten all bolts.

Installing the VFS resistance unit to the frame.
Set the unit onto the black base plate on the Main
Frame, and tighten it rmly with the supplied two bolts.
NOTE: The uid resistance unit side with many
ns MUST be located on the right side of
the trainer. The opposite side contains
the ywheel and the magnetic resistance
system in its plastic housing.

Loosen the Knob Bolt then slide the Extension Tune into the Center Frame.
Tighten the Knob Bolt temporally, you will adjust the position later.
(Fig. D)
NOTE: If you had removed the Extension Joint completely, insert
it to the Center Frame while making sure the inside hole is
aligned to the Joint's hole. The Knob Bolt compressed the
Extension Tube through these holes.

Open both couplings by turning the left side knob (Fig.F) and the right
side hub handle (Fig. G) anti-clockwise.
Do NOT overloosen the couplings, otherwise the knob or hub handle may
become unthreaded inside the frame.
NOTE: We suggest you do not need to move the left side coupling
away so much. It should be ne to move by the center of its
length (Fig. H), but it needs to be adjusted depends on the
hub width.
1
Insert the left side of the skewer (quick lever side) into the left side
coupling, and adjust the rotation of the coupling so the skewer lever
sits securely in the large cut-out (Fig. I).
This will prevent damage to the skewer during use.

How To Install Your Bike On Trainer
2
Hold the bike rmly by hand and turn the right side hub handle clockwise until the coupling come into
contact with the right side skewer nut.
3
Remove the front wheel and insert the fork end to the fork clamping quick release skewer, then grab the
fork end temporally.
NOTE: You will adjust the wheel base later, so you don't need to x the foek end rmly in this
step.
5
Loosen the Knob Bolt on the Center Frame for adjusting the wheel base until the horizontal
bar of the Front Fork Support touches the Center Frame (see Fig. J), then tighten the Knob
Bolt rmly.
NOTE: Not touching the Front Fork Support and the Center Frame will disturb the
stability while using. Make sure they are touching each other before ride.
(Fig. J)

Apply the VFS resistance unit to the
tire by lifting up it temporally by hand
to know the wheel position.
If the tire touches either left or right
side plastic housing of the VFS unit
(see Fig. K), you must adjust the wheel
position again by operating both the
left knob and the right hub handle.
NOTE: Be sure that the left knob is
NOT for tightening the axle.
It is only for positioning the
wheel. Clamping wheel
securely must be done by
the right side hub handle.

At this point, stop tightening the hub handle and ensure that
both ends of the skewer are securely inserted into the couplings.
Finally turn the hub handle a maximum of two more turns to
ensure the bicycle is held rmly.
NOTE: Over-tightening the hub handle may cause
damage to either the trainer or your bicycle.
(Fig. L)
Push downward the VFS unit and turn the micro-adjust screw
located beneath the foot pedal at the rear of the trainer until the
rear tire is 2mm away from the drive roller. (see Fig. L & M)
Press down on the foot pedal to bring the drive roller into contact
with the rear tire (Fig. N).
If the tire is compressed more than 4mm by the roller, release
the foot pedal and loosen the micro-adjust knob until the tire is
compressed by 2 - 3mm when in contact with the drive roller.
!
WARNING: Over-compressing or too less com-pressing
the rear tire can cause premature tire wear and may
also cause damage to the drive roller.

Shim
!
The Mag unit side has 7 different levels of load force for replicating actual riding resistance. You can set your preferred
resistance level between high (H) and low (L) by adjusting the lever on the thumb shifter type remote lever device (see
Fig. R).
You may also adjust the load force by shifting up or down among your gears, depend-
ing on the level desired.
NOTE: We recommend that you start with a medium to low load force and
gradually work up, increasing force as your muscles warm up.
How To Install The Remote Lever
You can install the remote lever on anywhere the diameter is between 22.2mm (7/8”) and 31.8mm (1-1/4”) like as on the
handlebar.
Using The Mag Resistance Unit
(Fig. O) (Fig. P)

2
Fully loosen the knob bolt on the plastic holder until it stops then push down the bolt to open the holder. (Fig. O)
Place the holder onto the handlebar, shut the holder, and pull up the bolt then tighten it. (see Fig. P)
(Fig. Q)
When you install the shim on the plastic holder, make sure the direction of the shim as shown in Fig. Q.
Depending on the diameter of your handlebar, you must adjust the shim as follows;
• 22.2mm (7/8”) - 25.4mm (1”) : ...Install both shims
• 28.6mm (1-1/8”) : ...Install either right or left side shim
• 31.8mm (1-1/4”) : ...Remove both shims

Using The Small Wheel Adapter
<Required Tools> • M5 hex wrench
• 10mm open spanner)
If you wish to use any smaller wheel sized between 24 x 1.0" and 26 x 1.75" on the trainer, install the supplied Z-shaped
Adapter under the VFS unit. (Fig. S)
Remove two bolts which hold the VFS unit on the base plate by an M5 hex wrench. Then the VFS unit will be
removed.
Base Plate
Adapter
Install the supplied adapter on the base plate with the removed bolts. Make sure the direction of the adapter is
exactly same as shown in Fig. S. (Also printed on the top of the adaptor)
Wrong direction will set the VFS unit too close to the wheel and you cannot set the bike correctly.
Install the VFS unit onto the adapter with the supplied hex head bolts.
Be sure you should use a 10mm open spanner to tighten these bolts, not by a hex wrench.
