3. Install left hand slide in unit.

4. Pull both slides out away from unit.
5. Drop wire shelf onto shoulder
rivets on slides (Fig. 3).
6. At front of slides, locate shoulder
rivets. Pull shelf outward and lock
shelf keyhole over shoulder rivet
(Fig. 4 and 5).

TO ADD A LEVEL:
1.
Select location of active level in
unit.
NOTE: Do not place active levels
above 48" (1219mm) feet from floor.
2. Take right hand slide and install in
slotted post inserts (Figs. 1 & 2).

7. Install screws through slide and
into shelf (Fig. 6).

8. For operation of active level, push
down on orange tab and pull shelf
outward (Fig. 7 & Fig. 8).

REVERSE THE PROCEDURE:
“TO ADD A SHELF.”
TO ADD A SHELF:
1. Install locking clip on qwikSLOT clip.
2. Place shelf clips in slotted post
inserts at desired level. All must be
on same level (Fig.10).

9. To retract shelf, simply push back
into place until locked into position.
Shelf locks automatically (Fig. 9).

Standard IEC 601-1 (ANSI/UL 2601),
NORMAL USE is defined as only one
Drawer or Shelf of the EQUIPMENT
opened at any one time; excluding
transport, where all Drawers or
Shelves shall be closed and their
locking mechanisms engaged.”

CLEANING
INSTRUCTIONS
Starsys cart bodies and some
accessories are constructed of
durable advance composite of
polymers. A soft cloth, mild soap and
water solution can be used to clean
lightly soiled surfaces. After cleaning,
wipe dry with a clean soft cloth.
For heavily soiled areas, a soft
brush and solvent or emulsionbased cleaners may be employed.
Always insure that the cleaner is
recommended for use on plastics
and follow any special instructions
from the manufacturer.
The use of abrasive cleaners is
NOT recommended.
Please read the instructions for
recommendations on correct
cleaning materials and procedures.
