• Dolly Trucks combine the features of Super
Erecta Shelf® wire shleving with the mobility of
casters and dollies to provide a high-quality,
strong and versatile material handling truck.
• Variety of Casters & Dollies Available:
Select the casters and dolly that allows the right
combination of durability and manuverability to
suit your requirements. Dollies can be ordered in
many sizes with choice of casters, finish and
bumper. Casters are available in swivel, rigid,
brake and brake/lock types. And all Metro casters
are non-marking.
Note: Refer to sheets 11.60 (Plate Casters) and 11.65 (Truck Dollies) for
additional information.
• Unique Design: Open Wire surfaces minimize
dust accumulation and allow a free circulation of
air and greater visibility.
• Fast, Secure Assembly: Post has rolled, circular
grooves along its entire height at 1" (25.4mm)
intervals. A patented, tapered split sleeve (plastic
or aluminum) snaps together around each post.
Tapered sleeves providing a positive lock.

1. Order shelves and posts from sheet #10.01 or
price list. (Shelves will be packed with plastic
split sleeves.*)
2. Order truck dolly frame from sheet #11.37 or
price list.
3. Order plate casters from sheet #11.37 or price list.
For more information on brake/lock caster sets
see sheet #11.70.
Important:
1. Specify “staked posts” to ensure that die casting
does not separate from dolly.
2. If truck will be towed, tranported over the road or
otherwise subjected to vibration and jolting,
specify aluminum split sleeves. (See sheet #11.40
or price list.)
3. Remember that stability decreases as the ratio of
height to width increases. Units should be kept as
