Introduci ng the latest inn ovation i n ventless accelerated cooking from Merrychef.

How it works: The convection fan p ulls air in throu gh the grease filter [1] which removes the majority of particulates from the air flow. The air is then heated an d returned to t he cavity thr ough the catalys ts [2] and imping er p lates [3] t o produce an even h eat pattern in the oven. This heat lay out minimises the areas wher e grease can build up, allowing food to cook evenly to produce a crisp golden finish.
