Precautions

Itmaycauseinterference. Donotplacethepianotoexcessivehumidarea.Avoidputtingcontainerwithliquidontop
ofthepianoforpreventingthedamageoftheinternalpartsofthepianobyflowingliquid. AlwaysunplugACcordbygrippingtheplugfirmly,butnotpullingonthecable. Donotapplyexcessiveforcetotheswitchesandbuttons. Whenthepianoisnotinuseorinthetimeofthunderstorm,pleasedisconnectthepowersupply. Avoidadjustingthevolumeleveltothemaximumortothelevelsthatyoufeeluncomfortable,we
recommendyoutolimitthevolumeleveltotwo-thirdofthemaxforpreventingthedamageof audiorysense
Unplugthepowercablebeforecleaningthepiano.Donotconnectordisconnectthepower cablewithawethand.
Checkandcleanthepowerplugperiodically. Toavoiddamagetothepianoandotherdevicestowhichitisconnected,turnthepower
switchesofallrelateddeviceoffpriortoconnectingordisconnectingcables. Cleanthepianoandremovethedustwithadrysoftclothoraslightlydampcloth. Neverusecleanerssuchasthinneroralcohol.Topreventanydamageonthesurfaceofthe
LEDdisplay,pleaseuselenscleaningtissuetocleanthedisplay. Ifthepianocableisdamaged,pleasedonotusethepiano.Otherwiseitmaycausefireor
electricalhazard. Incaseofmalfunctionduetoimproperhandlingthepiano,pleaseswitchoffandonagainafter
30seconds. Donotattempttodisassembleorrepairthepianobyyourself.Ifthepianodoesnotwork
properly,pleasecontacttheapprovedrepairer. Thepianoshouldnotbeexposedtodrippingorsplashing.Donotplaceanyobjectfilledwith
liquidsonthepiano.

Whenyouwanttolistentothevoice withanamplifier,connectamplifiers totheAUXOUTL/MONOandRjacks ontheleftpanel.Thevolumeis adjustedwiththeVOLUMEbutton. (Formonauralplayback,usethe L/MONOjack.Forstereoplayback, connectbothL/MONOandRjacks.)

1.Turnthetoswitch onthepiano. TheLEDdisplaylightensup.
POWER
2.Usethevolumecontrol switchtoadjustthe volumetoyourdesired level
Caution: IftheLEDdisplayhasnotlightenedupafteryouturnedonthepiano,please
checkthepowersupply. Ifthepianoissilent,thevolumemaybeadjustedtoitsminimumlevel.

Selectavoicebypressing oneofthe[VOICETYPE] button,thecorresponding indicatorwilllightenupand thenumberoftheselected voicewillappearontheLED.
Pressthe[DUAL]buttonto entertheDualVoicemode, thenselectthesecondvoice bypressinga[VOICETYPE] button.
ToquittheDualVoicemode, pressthe[DUAL]buttonagain.
Whilerecording,Voice2will turnoffautomatically.
Pressthe[METRONOME] buttontoturnon/offthe metronomefunction.
Youcannotusethe metronomefunctionwhen theDEMOsongisplaying.
Toturnoffthemetronome, pressthe[STOP]button.

4.DSP(DigitalSignalProcessor)
Pressthe[DSP]buttonto turnon/offtheDSP.The statuswillappearontheLED.
TheTransposefunction allowsyoutochangethe pitchoftheinstrument insemi-tonesteps,upto amaximumsettingof12 semitonesaboveorbelow standardpitch.
5.Transpose
Torestorethenormal Transposeposition,press boththe+/-buttons simultaneously.
6.Tempo
Youcanspeeduporslow downthetempoofasong ormetronomebypressing the[TEMPO+/-]buttons.
Torestorethedefaulttempo, pressboththe+/-buttons simultaneously.Whenyou pressboththe+/-buttons whenthesong/metronome isstopping,thetempowill returnto120.
Whenyouareadjustingthe tempo,thetempoindicator willappearonthedisplay.

Thereistouchresponse functionanditisadefault setting.
Pressthe[TOUCH]buttonto adjustthetouchresponselevel intherangeof1to3.2isthe defaultlevel.
Toturnoffthetouchresponse function,pressthe[TOUCH] buttonrepeatedlyuntil"OFF" appearingonthedisplay.
8.Record&Playback
Record
Pressthe[RECORD]buttonto record.Theindicatorofrecord lightensup.
Thereare2tracksforrecording.
TheyaretrackAandtrackB. Selectandpressthe[TRACKA] or[TRACKB]buttontosave yourrecording.
Toremovetherecordeddata andrecordagain,pressthe [RECORD]and[TRACKA] or[TRACKB]simultaneously. Theirindicatorslightenupand flash.
Playakeyonthekeyboardto startrecording.
Tostoprecording,pressthe [STOP]button.
Playback
Selectandpressthetrackyou wanttoplayback.Itsindicator willlighten.
Tostoptheplayback,pressthe [RECORD-STOP]button.
Pressthe[RECORD-PLAY] buttontostartplayingbackthe track.

Duringtheplayback,press the[REPEAT]buttontoset thepointofbeginningthat youwanttolisten."r-A"will appearonthedisplay,then pressthe[REPEAT]button againtosettheendpoint oftheplayback."r-B"will appearonthedisplayand therecordedsongwill playbackrepeatedly.
SelectaDemosong
Usethe Voicebutton twicetoselect aDemosong.
Holdthe[SELECT]button. Thenumberofthecurrent
demosongwillappearonthe display.
UsetheVoiceSelectbuttons (0-9)toselectyourdesired demosong.Youmustentera 2-digitnumber(00-19).

Playthedemosongsin sequence
Pressthe[DEMOALL]button tostartplayingthedemosongs insequence.Tostopthedemo songs,pressthe[DEMOALL] or[START/STOP]button.
Whenthedemosongsis playing,youcannotchangeit toanotheroneimmediately.
Selectatrackofthedemo song
Whilethedemosongis playing,youcandeactivate thecorrespondingtrack bypressingthe[TRACKA] or[TRACKB]button.
Nosoundtobeplayed,iftwo tracksaredeactivated.
Pressthetrackbuttonagainto playthedemosong.

Repeatthedemosong
Whenademosongis playing,pressthe[REPEAT] buttontosetthepointof beginningthatyouwantto listen."r-A"willappearonthe display,thenpressthe [REPEAT]buttonagaintoset theendpointoftheplayback. "r-B"willappearonthedisplay andtheselectedsectionofthe demosongwillplayback repeatedly.
Thisfunctiondoesnotwork afterpressingthe[DEMOALL] buttonanditssongsare playing.
Adjustthetempoofdemo song
Whenademosongis playing,youcanadjust itstempobypressingthe [TEMPO+/-]buttons.
