Yourkeyboardwillgiveyouyearsofplayingpleasureifyoufollowthesimplerulesbelow:
Donotexposethekeyboardtothehightemperature,directsunlight,andexcessive dustplaces Avoidphysicalshockscausedbydropping,bumping,orplacingheavyobjectsonthe keyboard. Neverusecleanerssuchasalcoholorthinnertocleanthekeyboard. Alwaysturnpoweroffwhenmakinganyconnections.

Thiskeyboardcanbepoweredbycurrentfromastandardhouseholdwalloutlet(byusing thespecifiedACadaptor)orbybatteries.Alwaysturnoffthekeyboardwhenyouarenot usingit.

Alwaysturnoffthekeyboardbeforeloadingorreplacingbatteries.
Toloadbatteries:
1.Removethebatterycompartmentcover.
2.Loadsix"Dsize"(SUM-1orR20)batteriesintothebatterycompartment,beingcarefulto followthepolaritymarkingsonthecabinet.
3.Replacethecompartmentcover,makesurethatitlocksfirmlyinplace.

Anyofthefollowingsymptomsindicatelowbatterypower.Replacebatteriesassoonas possiblewheneveranyofthefollowingoccurs.
Dim,difficulttoreaddisplay. Abnormallylowspeaker/headphonevolume. Distortionofsoundoutput. Suddenpowerfailurewhenplayingathighvolume. Abnormalrhythmordemosongplays. Dimmingofthedisplaywhenplayingathighvolume.
Cautions:
Improperhandlingofbatteriescancausethemtoburstandleak,whichcreatesthedanger ofpersonalinjuryordamageofthekeyboard.Besuretonotethefollowingprecautions:
Nevermixbatteriesofdifferenttypes. Nevermixoldbatterieswiththenewones. Replacebatteriesassoonaspossibleafteranysignofrunningout. Removethebatteriesfromthekeyboardwhennotusingforanextendedperiodof time.
UsingtheACadaptor

Thekeyboardhas100differentauto-accompanimentstylesthatcanbeusedtoprovidefully­orchestratedaccompaniment.ItssophisticatedAutoAccompanimentsystemcanprovideautomated bassandchordbackingthatisperfectlymatchedtotheselectedaccompanimentstyle.Beforeyou selectastyle,makesureyouhaveselectedmode.Pressthe buttontoselectthemode.
Whenthemodeisselected,thesebuttonsstepupordownthroughthestyleslist.Press thesebuttonsbrieflytosteptothenextstyleinthecorrespondingdirection,orholdthebutton toscrollrapidlythroughthestylesinthecorrespondingdirection.Theselectedstylenumbershows inthedisplay.
