Camera Interface Details
Mode 1: Continuous
§ Frame Rate: Matrox Meteor-II/Camera Link receives the continuous
video from the camera at 24 frames per second (Full resolution).
§ Exposure time: Exposure time is determined by the shutter setting.
Refer to the camera manual for more information.
§ Camera switch settings: Refer to the camera manual for additional
information. Internal and external switches should be set as follows:
External Switches Internal Switches (SW50)
Shutter 1 OFF 1 OFF
Shutter 2 OFF 2
Shutter 3 OFF 3 OFF
Shutter 4 OFF 4 OFF
Ext. Trigger 5 OFF
Ext. Trigger 6 OFF
Scan 7 OFF
Scan 8 OFF
Smear-less 9 OFF
Control 10 OFF
Mode 2: Asynchronous reset (Pulse width control trigger)
§ Frame Rate: The frame rate is determined by the frequency of the
external trigger signal and the exposure time period.
§ Exposure time: The width (falling edge to rising edge) of the
EXPOSURE1 (CC1) signal is the exposure time. The exposure time can
be modified in the DCF using Matrox Intellicam, with the MIL
MdigControl() function. Consult the respective manual for more
information.
§ Camera switch settings: Refer to the camera manual for additional
information. Internal and external switches should be set as follows:
External Switches Internal Switches (SW50)
Shutter 1 OFF 1 OFF
Shutter 2 OFF 2
Shutter 3 OFF 3 OFF
Shutter 4 OFF 4 OFF
Ext. Trigger 5
Ext. Trigger 6 OFF
Scan 7 OFF
