This EKO dimmer installation shows the retrofit to TCN 9s existing dimmer room, re-using
existing cabling systems.
o Existing cabling was carefully removed and left in place whilst the analogue dimmers
were removed.
o A unistrut framework was utilised to mount the EKO installation frame, to which the
existing cabling was re-terminated and tested.
o The wall frame was then sheeted out with plasterboard, set, skimmed and painted.
o The electronics cabinets were hung, mains inputs and data cabling terminated and the
dimmers configured and commissioned using the front panel touch screens menus.

This EKO dimmer installation shows a new dimmer installation to QTQ 9.
o EKO installation frames were surface mounted to the new wall surfaces.
o Cabling was brought through apertures, tested and terminated.
o The electronics cabinets were hung, mains inputs and data cabling terminated and the
dimmers configured and commissioned using the front panel touch screens menus.

This EKO dimmer installation shows a new dimmer installation to the Mackay Entertainment and
Convention Centre.
o Cable tray installed
o EKO installation frames surface mounted.
o Cabling installed on trays, tested and terminated.
o The electronics cabinets were hung, mains inputs and data cabling terminated and the
dimmers configured and commissioned using the front panel touch screens menus.

21 x EKO 324/M/B & 1 x EKO 312/M/B
24 x 10A & 12 x 10A channels respectively with RCBO on each output channel, delivering
“dimmer per outlet”, eliminating the requirement for a patch panel. System has TRUpower
dimming or clean mains power per channel, selectable at the front touch screen. All dimmers
are monitored and configured using Houston Show Config software on a network of 584
channels though out the Centre.
This EKO dimmer installation shows a completely new dimmer installation to the Gold Coast Arts
Centre Theatre.
o Cable tray installed
o EKO installation frames surface mounted.
o Cabling installed on trays, tested and terminated.
o Load wiring to all 528 distributed outlets.
o The electronics cabinets were hung, mains inputs and data cabling terminated and the
dimmers configured and commissioned using the front panel touch screens menus.
