Selection of the item to be a djus ted (flashing)
is made in the following order when Button D is pressed.
Choice of 12-Hour/24-Hour format
• The time display format in either 12-hour indication or in 24- h our in dica tion ca n be se lec ted alternately by pressing Button B. Under the 12­hour indi cation fo rmat, “PM” mark appears in the afternoon, but no AM mark appears in the morning. Under the 2 4-hour indication fo rmat, no mark appears on the disp lay.

How to stop the alarm while sounding
The alarm sounds for 10 seconds at the designated time. To stop it man ually while sounding, press any Button.

To change the display mode, press Button D. The display mode changes in the following order.
The miniature battery SEIKO CR2016, Maxell CR2016 or SONY CR2016 which powers you r watch should las t approximately 2 ye ars . How eve r, b eca use it is inserted at the factory, the actual life of t he battery once in your possession may be less than 2 years.
Be s ure to rep lace t he b at tery to preve nt a ny possible malfunct ion as soon as it runs down. To replace the battery we recomm end t aking the watch to a local watch repair shop.
Note: If the alarm is used for more than 20 seconds
a day and/or the illumin ating light for more than 8 seconds a day, the battery life may be less than the specified period.
