Part A: Top Assembly

Part D: (8) Bolts

Part E: (8) Lock Washers

Part F: (8) Flat Washers

Part G: (4) Shelf Supports

Part H: Allen Wrench

1 . Place top assembly upside down and fasten four legs with (8) bolts, flat washers and

lock washers. The lock washer goes between the head of the bolt and the flat washer.

Do not tighten yet.

2. Place table upright and insert (4) shelf supports into holes in legs.

3. Place the shelf onto the shelf supports. Now you can tighten the bolts in step 1.

4. That’s it! Enjoy your new product.
