Mit Loewe verbinden wir höchste Ansprüche an Technik, Design und Bediener­freundlichkeit. Dies gilt für TV, DVD, Video, Audio und Zubehör gleichermaßen. Dabei sollen weder die Technik noch das Design einen Selbstzweck erfüllen, sondern unseren Kunden einen höchstmöglichen Seh- und Hörgenuss vermitteln. Auch beim Design haben wir uns nicht von kurzfristigen, modischen Trends leiten lassen. Denn schließlich haben Sie ein hochqualitatives Gerät erworben, an dem Sie sich auch morgen und übermorgen nicht satt sehen sollen.
Der Reference Sound Subwoofer ist abgestimmt auf Loewe Flat-TV-Geräte sowie Loewe Audiosysteme.
Das Lautsprechersystem ist dabei individuell ausbaubar von einer einfachen Stereo Kombination über eine Variante mit vier Satelliten-Lautsprechern bis hin zur hochwertigsten Lösung mit vier Standlautsprechern. Mit dabei ist jeweils der Subwoofer mit integriertem Verstärker.
Sie können so Medien in Dolby Digital Kinoqualität oder in Stereo wiedergeben. Ist Ihr TV-Gerät (ab Chassis L2700) mit einem digitalen Tuner (DVB) ausgerüstet,
wird das empfangene digitale Surround-Signal decodiert und über die Individual Sound-Anlage wiedergegeben.
Der Reference Sound Subwoofer schaltet sich automatisch mit dem Loewe Flat TV-Gerät ein und aus.
Die Einstellungen für Dolby Digital nehmen Sie komfortabel über die Menüs des Loewe Flat TV-Gerätes vor.
Sie können dieses Lautsprecher-System auch an einem externen Decoder betreiben. Dann gehen jedoch die Loewe Systemvorteile (z.B. automatisches Ein-/Ausschalten) verloren. Die Bedienung entnehmen Sie dann Ihrem Decoder (AV-Receiver).

Entsorgung
Verpackung und Karton
Für die Entsorgung der Verpackung haben wir entsprechend den nationalen Ver­ordnungen ein Entgelt an beauftragte Verwerter entrichtet, die die Verpackung vom Fachhändler abholen. Dennoch empfehlen wir, den Originalkarton und das Verpackungsmaterial gut aufzubewahren, damit das Gerät im Bedarfsfall optimal geschützt transportiert werden kann.
Das Gerät
Achtung: Die EU-Richtlinie 2002/96/EG regelt die ordnungs­gemäße Rücknahme, Behandlung und Verwertung von gebrauchten Elektronikgeräten. Elektronische Altgeräte müssen deshalb getrennt entsorgt wer­den. Werfen Sie dieses Gerät zur Entsorgung bitte nicht in den normalen Hausmüll! Sie können Ihr Altgerät kostenlos an aus­gewiesene Rücknahmestellen oder ggf. bei Ihrem Fachhändler abgeben, wenn Sie ein vergleichbares neues Gerät kaufen. Weitere Einzelheiten über die Rücknahme (auch für Nicht-EU Länder) erhalten Sie von Ihrer örtlichen Verwaltung.
Reinigen
Reinigen Sie Ihr Reference Lautsprecher-System nur mit einem feuchten, wei­chen und sauberen Tuch (ohne jedes scharfe Reinigungsmittel).
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit
Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit und um unnötigen Schaden von Ihrem Gerät abzu­wenden, lesen und beachten Sie die nachfolgenden Sicherheitshinweise:
• Ihr Reference Lautsprecher-System ist ausschließlich für die Wiedergabe von Tonsignalen bestimmt.
• Schalten Sie Ihre Anlage (Reference Lautsprecher-System, TV-Gerät und even­tuell weitere, angeschlossene Komponenten) unbedingt aus, bevor Sie andere Geräte oder Lautsprecher anschließen oder abnehmen.
• Betreiben Sie das Reference Lautsprecher-System nicht unbeaufsichtigt. Schalten Sie den Netzschalter bei längerer Abwesenheit aus oder ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
Schützen Sie Ihr Reference Lautsprecher-System vor ...
• Nässe, Feuchtigkeit, Tropf- und Spritzwasser, Dampf
• Stößen und mechanischen Belastungen
• magnetischen und elektrischen Feldern

Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gegenstände oder brennende Kerzen auf das Gerät.
Ihr Reference Lautsprecher-System wurde ausschließlich für die private Nutzung in häuslicher Umgebung gebaut. Garantieleistungen umfassen diese bestim­mungsgemäße Nutzung.
WARNUNG: UM DIE GEFAHR EINES ELEKTRISCHEN SCHLAGS AUSZUSCHLIES­SEN, ENTFERNEN SIE NICHT DIE ABDECKUNG DES VERSTÄRKERS. IM GEHÄU­SE BEFINDEN SICH KEINE TEILE, DIE VOM BENUTZER REPARIERT WERDEN KÖNNEN. LASSEN SIE REPARATURARBEITEN NUR VOM LOEWE FACHHÄNDLER AUSFÜHREN.

Haben Sie Ihr Reference Lautsprecher-System aus der Kälte in eine warme Umgebung gebracht, lassen Sie es wegen der möglichen Bildung von Kondens­feuchtigkeit ca. eine Stunde stehen. Schalten Sie es erst ein, wenn es Raumtem­peratur erreicht hat. So vermeiden Sie ernsthafte Schäden an den Komponenten.

Achtung: DIE ALUMINIUM-OBERFLÄCHE DES REFERENCE SOUND SUBWOO-
FER IST SEHR KRATZ- UND STOSSEMPFINDLICH. VERMEIDEN SIE JEGLICHEN KONTAKT MIT SCHARFKANTIGEN GEGENSTÄNDEN. STELLEN SIE KEINE VASEN, KERZEN ODER ANDERE GEGENSTÄNDE AUF DEN SUBWOOFER.
• Subwoofer auf stabile, ebene Unterlage stellen.
• Subwoofer nicht in der Nähe von starken Wärmequellen oder in direktem Sonneneinfall aufstellen.
• Bei Aufstellung an einer Wand, in einem Schrank oder geschlossenem Regal: Etwa 10 cm Freiraum um den Subwoofer lassen, damit die Luft ungehindert zirkulieren kann und es nicht zu einem Wärme- und Schalldruckstau kommt.
• Bei Gewitter ziehen Sie den Netzstecker ab. Überspannungen durch Blitzein­schlag können das Gerät sowohl über die Antennenanlage als auch über das Stromnetz beschädigen.
• Auch bei längerer Abwesenheit sollte der Netzstecker abgezogen sein.
• Der Netzstecker muss leicht erreichbar sein, damit das Gerät jederzeit vom Netz getrennt werden kann.
• Verlegen Sie die Lautsprecher- und das Netzkabel so, dass sie nicht beschä­digt werden können. Das Netzkabel darf nicht geknickt oder über scharfe Kanten verlegt, nicht begangen und keinen Chemikalien ausgesetzt werden; letzteres gilt für die gesamte Anlage. Ein Netzkabel mit beschädigter Isolation kann zu Stromschlägen führen und stellt eine Brandgefahr dar und muß daher vor weiterem Betrieb des Gerätes unbedingt von quali ziertem Service­personal ausgewechselt werden.
• Wenn Sie den Netzstecker abziehen, nicht am Kabel ziehen, sondern am Steckergehäuse. Die Kabel im Netzstecker könnten beschädigt werden und beim Wiedereinstecken einen Kurzschluss verursachen.
• Die Lautsprecher erzeugen magnetische Streufelder, die im Umkreis des Gehäuses wirken. Wir empfehlen einen Mindestabstand von > 0,5m zu magnetisch emp ndlichen Geräten, wie z.B. CRT-TV Geräten, magnetischen
Datenträgern usw.
Subwoofer
Den Subwoofer können Sie an beliebiger Stelle auf den Fußboden stellen. Wir empfehlen den vorderen Bereich des Raumes, aber so, dass die Bässe frei seitlich und nach unten abstrahlen.
Achtung: Keinesfalls darf die Luftzufuhr auf der Rückseite des Subwoofers behindert werden. Achten Sie auf genügend Abstand (> 10 cm) zur Wand.
Montieren Sie die beiden mitgelieferten Elasitkpuffer an der unteren Rückseite des Subwoofers, damit die Luftzufuhr bei einem unbeabsichtigten Verrutschen an die Wand nicht unterbrochen werden kann.

Montieren Sie das Audio-Link-Kabel mit dem 25-poligen Stecker am TV-Gerät und am Subwoofer.

Anschließen
Die Lautsprecher an den Subwoofer anschließen
Schließen Sie das Lautsprecherkabel am Lautsprecher gemäß der entspre­chenden Installationsanleitung an. Eine der beiden Adern des Lautsprecherka­bels ist üblicherweise schwarz markiert. Verbinden Sie diese schwarz markierte Ader jeweils mit der schwarzen Schraubklemme am Subwoofer i (Anschluss­schema siehe Abbildung rechts) und der schwarzen Klemme am Lautsprecher. Drehen Sie dazu den Schraubverschluss der jeweiligen Klemme am Subwoofer entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn ca. 5 Umdrehungen auf. Führen Sie das Drahtende in die Schraubklemme (seitlich oben rechts) ein und drehen Sie die Schraub­klemme im Uhrzeigersinn zu. Die nicht markierten Adern verbinden Sie mit den roten Klemmen.
Kabel verlegen
Führen Sie alle Kabel nach unten durch den Schlitz im Gehäuse des Subwoofers hindurch. Bündeln Sie die Kabel mit dem mitgelieferten Klettband. Mit einem als Zubehör erhältlichen Gewebeschlauch können Sie die Kabel geordnet aus dem Subwoofer herausführen.

Inbetriebnahme und Einstellung
Bevor Sie mit der Inbetriebnahme und Einstellung beginnen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Kabel korrekt angeschlossen sind.
Subwoofer ein-/ausschalten
Deutsch
Mit dem Power-Schalter k schalten Sie die Energieversorgung (Netz 220 ­240V/50-60 Hz) für den Reference Sound Subwoofer in Stellung ON ein. Um den Subwoofer komplett auszuschalten, stellen Sie den Schalter auf OFF.

Automatischer oder manueller Betrieb
Ist der Subwoofer wie auf Seite 8 beschrieben angeschlossen und der Mode­Schalter l ist in Stellung Auto , dann brauchen Sie den Subwoofer nicht mehr separat ein- und auszuschalten. Nach dem erstmaligen Einschalten des Subwoofers wird er zusammen mit dem Loewe TV-Gerät automatisch ein- und ausgeschaltet. Falls der Subwoofer an anderen Geräten als Loewe Flat-TV betrieben wird, so ist der Mode-Schalter l in Stellung Manu. zu schalten. Der Subwoofer muss dann manuell mit dem Power-Schalter k ein-/ausgeschaltet werden.
Einstellungen am Loewe TV-Gerät
Melden Sie die neuen Geräte wie in der Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Loewe TV Gerätes unter „Betrieb zusätzlicher Geräte“ beschrieben an.
Equalizer einstellen
Mit dem Drehknopf Equalizer f haben Sie die Möglichkeit eine Absenkung oder Anhebung tiefster Frequenzbereiche (20 Hz - 50 Hz) für die Basswiederga­be einzustellen.
• Wenn der Subwoofer nahe der Ecke des Raumes steht, den Drehknopf Equa- lizer mehr Richtung min stellen.
• Wenn der Subwoofer nahe einer Wand steht, den Drehknopf Equalizer mehr in die Mittelstellung bringen.
• Wenn der Subwoofer frei im Raum steht, den Drehknopf Equalizer mehr Richtung max stellen.
Phasen-Umschalter
Mit dem Phasen-Umschalter Phase e haben Sie die Möglichkeit die Bass­Wiedergabe zu optimieren. Diese Einstellung können Sie jedoch in Verbindung mit einem Loewe Flat TV-Gerät (ab Chassis L27xx mit integriertem AC3 Decoder) bequem per Fernbedienung über das TV-Menü im Tonkomponenten-Assistenten einstellen (siehe Bedienungsanleitung unter „Lautsprechersystem einstellen“). Der Phasen-Umschalter ist für Systeme gedacht, bei denen die Einstellung nicht per TV-Gerät möglich ist.
Wir empfehlen, folgendermaßen vorzugehen:
• Starten Sie z.B. eine DVD-Wiedergabe und wählen Sie einen Titel mit Bassan­teilen aus.
• Lassen Sie von einer zweiten Person den Phasen-Umschalter betätigen, wäh­rend Sie auf Ihrem Platz sitzen und zuhören.
• Entscheiden Sie selbst, welche Schalterstellung in Ihrem Fall die bessere Basswiedergabe ergibt.
Bass-Intensität
Mit dem Regler Bass-Intensity h können Sie die Bass-Grundlautstärke nach Ihren Wünschen einstellen.
Grenzfrequenz einstellen

Mit dem Drehknopf Crossover Frequency g haben Sie die Möglichkeit die Grenzfrequenz für die Basswiedergabe je nach dem welche Lautsprecher Sie angeschlossen haben, zwischen 50 Hz und 250 Hz einzustellen.
Für Loewe Audio-Systeme ist der Drehknopf auf 250 Hz einzustellen, da die Grenzfrequenz hier in der Signalquelle (TV-Gerät) eingestellt wird.
Abdeckung am Subwoofer
Nach dem Sie die Einstellungen auf dieser Seite vorgenommen haben, setzen Sie die Abdeckung an der Rückseite des Subwoofers wieder auf.

tired of looking at tomorrow or the day after. The Reference Sound Subwoofer is adapted for Loewe Flat-TV sets as well as
Loewe Audio systems. The loudspeaker system can be individually extended from a simple stereo com-
bination through a variant with four satellite loudspeakers to the top quality solution with four standing loudspeakers. The subwoofer with integrated amp is also included respectively.
This allows you to play media in Dolby Digital cinema quality or in stereo. If your TV set (from chassis L27xx) is equipped with a digital tuner (DVB), the
received digital surround signal is decoded and played over the Individual Sound system.
The Reference Sound Subwoofer switches on and off automatically with the Loewe Flat TV set.
The settings for Dolby Digital can be made conveniently with the menus of the Loewe Flat TV set.
You can also operate this speaker system on an external decoder. However, you then lose the Loewe system advantages (e.g. automatic on/off switching). See your decoder (AV receiver) for how to operate.

Cardboard box and packaging
You have opted for a durable and technically sophisticated product. In line with national regulations regarding the disposal of packaging materials, we pay a fee to authorised recyclers who collect packaging from dealers. However, we recommend that you keep the original cardboard box and the rest of the pa­ckaging materials so that the unit can, if necessary, be transported in the safest possible conditions.
The unit
Important: The EU Directive 2002/96/EG governs the proper re-acceptance, handling and recycling of used electronic appliances. Old electronic appliances must therefore be disposed of sepa­rately. Never throw this set in the normal domestic waste. You can hand in your old set free of charge at identi ed collection points or at your dealer if you buy a similar new set. Other details about re-acceptance (also for non-EU countries) are available from your local administration.
Cleaning
Only clean your Reference Sound loudspeaker system with a damp, soft, clean cloth (without aggressive cleaning agents).

For your safety and to avoid unnecessary damage to your TV set, please read and observe the following safety instructions:
• Your Reference Sound speaker system is designed exclusively for playing audio signals.
• Always switch off your system (Reference Sound speaker system, TV set and any other connected components) before connecting or disconnecting other equipment or speakers.
• Never operate the Reference Sound speaker system unsupervised. Switch off the power switch or pull out the mains plug during longer periods of absence.
Protect your Reference Sound speaker system against ...
• Damp, moisture, rain, splashing water or dew
• Knocks and mechanical stresses
• Magnetic and electrical  elds
• Higher electrical powers than speci ed
• Cold, heat, direct sunlight and extreme temperature variations
• Dust
• Covering which obstructs air circulation – especially the rear
• Manipulations inside the set
Do not place any containers  lled with liquids or lit candles on top of the unit.
Your Reference Sound speaker system was designed exclusively for private use in a domestic environment. The warranty conditions only cover this intended use.
WARNING: TO RULE OUT DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, NEVER REMOVE THE AMPLIFIER COVER. THERE ARE NO PARTS INSIDE THE HOUSING WHICH CAN BE REPAIRED BY THE USER. HAVE REPAIRS DONE ONLY BY YOUR LOEWE DEALER.

If you have moved your Reference Sound speaker system from a cold to a warm environment, leave it standing for about one hour before switching on because of the possible formation of condensation. Do not switch on until it has reached room temperature. This avoids seriously damaging the components.

Setting up
Installing the Reference Sound speaker system
Caution: THE ALUMINIUM SURFACE OF THE REFERENCE SOUND SUBWOOFER IS VERY SENSITIVE TO SCRATCHING AND IMPACT. AVOID ALL CONTACT WITH SHARP OBJECTS. DO NOT PLACE VASES, CANDLES OR OTHER OBJECTS ON TOP OF THE SUBWOOFER.
Basic information
English
• Place subwoofer, standing speaker and satellite speakers with stand on a  rm, level base.
• Do not place the subwoofers and speakers near to strong sources of heat or in direct sunlight.
• When installing on a wall, in a cabinet or a closed shelf: Leave about 10 cm free space around the subwoofer to allow air to circulate unhindered and avoid build up of heat or acoustic pressure.
• Pull out the power cable during thunderstorms. Surge voltages caused by lightning strikes can damage the TV through the antenna system and the mains.
• Also remove the antenna and mains plugs in long periods of absence.
• The power plug of the TV set must be easily accessible so that the TV can be disconnected from the power supply at all times.
• Lay the speaker and power cables in such a way that they cannot be dama­ged. The power cable may not be kinked or laid over sharp edges, not stood on and not exposed to chemicals; the latter also applies to the system as a whole. A power cable with damaged insulation can lead to electric shocks and is a  re risk and must therefore be changed by quali ed service personnel before operation of the set continues.
• When removing the power plug, pull the plug housing and not the cable. The wires in the plug could be damaged and cause a short circuit the next time it is plugged in.
• The speakers generate magnetic dispersion  elds which act in the vicinity of the housing. We recommend a minimum distance of > 0.5 m from magneti-
cally sensitive equipment such as CRT-TV sets, magnetic data media etc.
Subwoofer
You can position the subwoofer anywhere on the  oor. We recommend the front area of the room but in such a way that the bass tones can radiate freely to the side and downwards.
Important: Never obstruct the air vents on the back of the subwoofer. Makes sure it is far enough away (> 10 cm) from the  oor or wall.
Mount the two enclosed elastic buffers on the bottom rear of the subwoofer so that the air circulation cannot be obstructed by slipping against the wall.

Connecting the speakers to the subwoofer
Connect the speaker cable to the speaker according to the appropriate instal­lation instructions. One of the two wires of the speaker cable is marked black in the usual way. Connect this black marked cable respectively with the black screw terminal to the subwoofer i (connection diagram see figure right) and the black terminal on the speaker. Turn the screw connection of the respective terminal on the subwoofer anti­clockwise about 5 turns for this. Feed the wire end into the screw terminal (top right hand side) and close the screw terminal in clockwise direction. Connect the unmarked wires with the red terminals.
Laying the cables
Feed all cables down through the slot in the housing of the subwoofer. Bundle the cables with the Velcro tape provided. You can feed the cables tidily out of the subwoofer with the fabric hose availa­ble as an accessory.

Connecting the subwoofer to the mains
Plug the mains plug of the subwoofer into a 220-240 V 50-60 Hz AC socket.

Commissioning and setting
Before beginning with start-up and operation, make sure that all the cables are connected correctly.
Switching the subwoofer on/off
Switch the Power switch k to the ON position to switch on the energy supply (mains 230V/50Hz) for the Reference Sound Subwoofer. Set the switch to OFF to switch off the subwoofer completely.

Automatic or manual operation
If the subwoofer is connected as described on page 8 and the Mode switch l is in the Auto position, you no longer need to switch the subwoofer on and off separately. After switching on the subwoofer for the first time it is switched on and off automatically with the Loewe TV set. If the subwoofer is operated on other devices than the Loewe Flat-TV, the Mode switch l must be switched to the Manu. position. The subwoofer must then be switched on/off manually with the Power switch k.
Settings on the Loewe TV set
Log in the new devices as described in the operating manual of your Loewe TV set in the chapter “Operating additional equipment – Connecting audio ampli ers”.
Setting the equalizer
Using the knob Equalizer f you can set the lowest frequency ranges (20 Hz ­50 Hz) for bass playback to be raised or lowered.
• If the Subwoofer is near the corner of the room, then set the knob Equalizer more in the direction min.
• If the Subwoofer is near a wall, then set the knob Equalizer more in the middle position.
• If the Subwoofer is freely positioned in the room, then set the knob Equalizer more in the direction max.
Phase switch
With the phase converter Phase e you have the option of optimising the bass playback. However, you can easily make this setting in connection with a Loewe Flat TV (from chassis L27xx with integrated AC3 decoder onwards) using a remote control via the TV menu in the sound component assistant (see operating instructions under „Setting loudspeaker system“). The phase converter is designed for systems where settings can not be made using the TV.
We recommend you to proceed as follows:
• Start DVD playback for example and select a title with bass parts.
• Have a second person activate the phase switch whilst you sit and listen.
• Decide for yourself which switch position reproduces the best bass sound.
Bass intensity
Using the controller Bass-Intensity h you can set the basic bass volume to suit you.
Setting the crossover frequency
The Crossover Frequency knob g gives you the possibility of setting the limit frequency for bass reproduction between 50 Hz and 250 Hz depending on which speakers you have connected.
The knob should be set to 250 Hz for Loewe Audio Systems because the crosso­ver frequency is set in the Loewe audio sources (TV).

Cover on the subwoofer
After you have made the settings described in “Commissioning and setting”, replace the cover on the rear of the subwoofer.

Ce système de haut-parleurs toutefois être étendu de la simple version stéréo jusqu’à la version haut de gamme avec quatre haut-parleurs sur pied, en passant par la variante avec quatre haut-parleurs Satellite. Chaque version comprend également le subwoofer avec ampli cateur intégré.
Vous pouvez ainsi restituer des médias en stéréo ou avec la qualité sonore Dolby Digital propre aux salles de cinéma.
Si votre téléviseur (à partir de châssis L27xx) est équipé d’un tuner numérique (DVB), le signal surround numérique reçu est décodé et restitué via l’installation Individual Sound.
Le système de haut-parleurs Reference Sound s’Allume et s’éteint automatique­ment avec le téléviseur Flat TV de Loewe.
Quant aux réglages Dolby Digital, ils s’effectuent aisément à l’aide des menus du téléviseur Flat TV de Loewe.
Vous pouvez également raccorder ce système de haut-parleurs à un décodeur externe. Dans ce cas, vous ne pouvez toutefois pas pro ter des avantages du système Loewe (par ex. marche/arrêt automatique). Vous trouverez une descrip­tion de la commande dans celle du décodeur (récepteur AV).

Si vous déplacez votre système de haut-parleurs Reference Sound d’un endroit froid à un endroit chaud, laissez-le reposer environ une heure en raison de l’éventuelle formation de condensation. Allumez-le seulement lorsqu’il a atteint la température ambiante. Vous évitez ainsi des dommages sérieux sur les composants.

Mise en place
Montage du système de haut-parleurs Reference Sound
Attention: LA SURFACE EN ALUMINIUM DU REFERENCE SOUND SUBWOOFER EST PARTICULIÈREMENT SENSIBLE AUX RAYURES ET CHOCS. EVITEZ TOUT CONTACT AVEC DES OBJETS AUX ARÊTES TRANCHANTES. NE POSEZ AUCUN VASE NI BOUGIE OU AUTRES OBJETS SUR LE SUBWOOFER.
Grundsätzliches
• Placer le subwoofer, les haut-parleurs avec pied sur un sol plan et stable.
• Ne pas placer le subwoofer et les haut-parleurs à proximité d’une forte source de chaleur ou en vue directe des rayons du soleil.
• Lors de l’installation contre un mur, dans une armoire ou une étagère fermée : laisser environ 10 cm d’espace autour du subwoofer a n que l’air puisse circuler librement et a n d’éviter une accumulation de chaleur ou une pression acoustique trop élevée.

• En cas d‘orage, débranchez la  che de secteur. Les surtensions dues à un coup de foudre peuvent endommager l‘appareil tant via l‘installation d‘antenne que via le secteur.
• En cas d‘absence prolongée, les  ches d‘antenne et de secteur doivent égale­ment être débranchées.
• La  che de secteur doit être accessible facilement a n de pouvoir à tout moment débrancher l’appareil du réseau.
• Installer les câbles de haut-parleurs et d’alimentation électrique de façon à ce qu’il ne puissent pas être endommagés. Le câble d’alimentation élec­trique ne doit pas être plié ni posé sur une arrête vive, ni être piétiné, ni exposé à des substances chimiques ; cette dernière instruction vaut pour l’ensemble de l’installation. Un câble d’alimentation électrique présentant un défaut d’isolation peut provoquer une électrocution et représente un risque d’incendie ; de ce fait, il doit impérativement être remplacé avant toute poursuite de l’utilisation par un personnel SAV quali é.
• Lorsque vous débranchez la  che réseau, ne tirez pas sur le câble mais sur le boîtier de la  che. Les câbles dans la  che réseau peuvent être endommagés et entraîner un court-circuit lorsque vous le rebrancherez.
• Les haut-parleurs génèrent des champs magnétiques qui agissent dans l’environnement du boîtier. C’est pourquoi nous recommandons de respecter un écart minimum > 0,5 m avec les appareils sensibles aux champs ma­gnétiques comme p. ex. les téléviseurs CRT, les supports magnétiques de
données, etc.
Subwoofer
Quant au subwoofer, vous pouvez l’installer par terre à l’endroit de votre choix. Nous recommandons de libérer la zone avant de la pièce en veillant toutefois à ce que les basses puissent être restituées sur le côté et vers le haut dans toute leur intensité.
Attention : Ne jamais empêcher la libre circulation de l’air à la partie arrière du subwoofer. Veillez à toujours respecter un écart suf sant (> 10 cm) par rapport au sol ou au mur.
Montez les deux tampons élastiques fournis sur la partie inférieure au dos du subwoofer a n d’éviter que l’arrivée d’air soit interrompue au cas où l’appareil aurait glissé par inadvertance contre le mur.
