2. 测试条件
无特殊要求的情况下,试验标准如下:
(1) 温度 : 25 ± 5°C(77 ± 9°F), CST : 40 ± 5°C
(2) 湿度 : 65% ± 10%
(3) 电压:标准输入电压 (100-240V@ 50/60Hz)
* 每个型号的标准输入电压都在产品上有标注。
(4) 每个部品的规格和性能都与BOM中相应的 P/NO.

调整说明
1. 适用范围
此规格页适用于所有LCD TV LC91A ch as si s 。
2. 指示
1) 此调整根据指定的和必须执行的 命令 ,仅 在许可的情况下
才能变更。
2) 电源调整:自由电压Voltage 。
3) 磁性区域条件: Nil .
4) 输入信号单元:产品规格标准
5) 操作准备:大约五分钟(Heat Run)
温度: 25±5ºC
湿度: 65±10%

CA-210 or CA-110)
信号发生器(MSPG-925L or Equivalent), DDC

7) 按下“IN STOP KEY” - 初始化
3. 主PCB检查流程
* APC - 手册输入,执行APC
* 导入文件下载
(1) 执行ISP程序“Mstar ISP Utility”然后点击
“Config” tab.
(2) 设置如下,然后点击“Auto Detect”和“OK”
如果“Erro r” 出现 ,检 查电脑,夹 具和 电视 的连接。
(3) 点击“Read”,然后现在文件(XXXX.bin),然后点击“Read”
(4) 点击“ Co nn ect”,如果“C an ’t ”出 现,检 查
电脑,夹具和电视的连接。
(5) 点击“Auto”
(6) 点击“Run”
(7) 下载后,点击“OK”

(2) 自动检测到USB里面的升级文件
- 如果你下载的程序文件版本是低版本,则不工作。如果你下载的
版本高,USB数据自动检测。

(6) 如果电视开,检查你升级的版本和选项。
(参考下一页的tool option)
* 如果下载的程序版本高于你的电视里面的版本,电视会丢
失所有的频道信息。这样,你需要重新搜台。
如果频道信
息清除后,生产线上你没有DTV/ATV的测试。

4.所有装配线流程
4.1. 调整准备
· W/B 仪器条件
CA210 : CH 9, 检测信号 : Inner pattern (85IRE)
· 在inner pattern里,大约五分钟H/run.
(按‘POWER ON’或‘P-ONLY’键打开电视)
