box. Align key slot with assembly screws and fasten ring to box.
Turn ring to lock in place and tighten screws (see Figure 1).
3. With wrench provided (supplied with 800LCK and 800CILCK)
attach conversion kit to adjusting ring (see Figure 2).
4. Using adjusting screws provided, adjust box so that top of box is
flush or slightly below screed line (see Figure 2).
5. Secure box to subfloor using wire or nails through the holes
adjacent to the assembly screws. Once positioned, connect
conduit to fittings (see Figure 2).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation Instruction No.: 1 000 273R1 – Updated February 2006
Wiremold® electrical systems conform to and should be properly
grounded in compliance with requirements of the current National
Electrical Code or codes administered by local authorities.
All electrical products may present a possible shock or fire
hazard if improperly installed or used. Walker electrical products
may bear the mark as UL Listed and/or Classified and should
be installed in conformance with current local and/or the
National Electrical Code.
IMPORTANT: Please read all instructions
before beginning.
Products Covered: 800LCK, 800CILCK & 825CK Series
Warning: Pour concrete to 1/16" [1.6mm] above box housing.
Pours of 1/4" [6.4mm] or more over the housing will
make it difficult to breakout the mudcap and cause
excessive spading.
After Concrete Pour:
1. Locate box and chip away concrete located on mudcap.
Remove mudcap. Clean out any debris (see Figure 3). If
further adjustment is needed after pour, adjustment is done
by turning adjusting ring counterclockwise using wrench
provided (see Figure 4).
2. Route cables through to the box body.
3. Remove cover and gasket. If required, connect receptacle
unit to the adjusting ring. Wire device in accordance with
the National Electrical Code or any local code that applies.
Make sure the ground lead is connected to the ground
screw before securing receptacle to adjusting ring (see
Figure 5). Install gasket and cover plate (see Figure 5).
