Getting Started
1. Download and launch the free LeapFrog Creativity Camera
learning app from the App Store (no purchase necessary) for
creative photo fun!
2. Locate the QR code printed on the inside of the Creativity Camera
Protective Case.
3. The Creativity Camera app will prompt you to snap a picture of the
QR code with your iPhone or iPod touch to unlock the full version.
4. Make sure to remove your device from any other case to insert
it into the Creativity Camera Protective Case. The app must be
running when you place it in the case. Place the device so that
the “Home” button is on the left and facing toward you when the
Creativity Camera Protective Case door is open.
5. Close the case. Make sure that your iPod touch or iPhone is
properly inserted and locked in the toy.

Adult download of App is required • Adult setup is required • Periodically check this toy and your
device for damage or cracks. Do not use if either is damaged or broken. Follow your device’s
instructions for use, care and cleaning.
Instructions for Care: FOR DRY, INDOOR-LOCATION USE ONLY
Keep food and beverages away from product. Never spill liquid of any kind on this product as it may
cause damage or render the device inoperative. Clean with a slightly damp cloth (cold water). Do
not use soap or detergent. Never submerge the unit in water. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme
temperatures and direct sunlight. Avoid dropping the unit. Never try to dismantle it.

• Make sure the device is turned on
• Make sure device is properly charged
• Make sure device is properly installed into toy
• Make sure the app is correctly downloaded. Access the Support section on App Store for additional help.
• Use the app’s home icon on the device screen to return to the main menu.
• Follow compatibility guide to be sure you are using a compatible device (iPhone 4/4S/5, iPod
touch 4G/5G/6G, and iOS 5 and above.
• For the compatible devices, the smaller versions may seem loose when inserted into camera,
but the internal mechanism will tighten to hold device securely in place when closed.

Camera
Take photos of your friends, family, pets and more. Press the shutter button or touch
anywhere on the screen to take pictures.
Gallery
View your pictures. The Gallery displays photos you took in order of most recent to
oldest. Scroll up and down to see more pictures. View a picture full screen by touching
it. Tap the ‘x’ to delete the picture.
Edit
Add creative editing to pictures in your gallery. Tap ‘Gallery’ to choose a different
picture. Tap different tools to edit your picture. When you press the home button, your
photo is automatically saved to your Gallery. The unedited version of your photo also
stays in your Gallery.
Photobooks
Take pictures that match the letters, shapes, colors/colours and emotions shown on
the left side of the page to create your own photobooks.
PeekABug Catch
Move the camera to see the PeekABugs fl ying around you. Take a picture to catch the
PeekABug when it is in the circle. When you catch the PeekABug, drag and drop on the
matching space.
Silly Faces
Start by taking a picture of yourself or a friend in the silhouette. Tap on the highlighted areas
of the photo to place silly accessories on the picture. Tap the ‘Back’ icon to take a new picture.
Parental Settings
From the app home screen adjust volume level and other settings. .
