GEN II STEEL STANAG CLAW MOUNT INSTALLATION GUIDE
This mount is designed for H&K firearms and other compatible variants
with standard receiver dimensions. It will not fit Cetme rifles or variants
with over-sized receivers.

Caution: Make sure firearm is not loaded. Remove magazine
and examine chamber. Use safe handling procedures at all
times.

Before installing, verify that the claw feet of
the mount are in an “unlocked position”. If
the mount is in a locked position, to unlock,
first pull down the Locking Lever until it
clicks. Press and hold down the Release
Lever while returning the Locking Lever to
its upward position until it snaps into place.
Your mount is now un-locked.

Place the mount on the receiver of
your firearm, with the fixed claws facing
the ejection port side. Properly align
the claws to the Mounting Tabs on
the receiver.
Note: Mounting Tabs on some H&K rifle variants are reversed on the sides of
the receiver. If your rifle is one of them, you would not be able to pull
the Locking Lever down in . To install the mount on your rifle, switch its direction
so that the fixed claws go on the opposite side.

Pull down the Locking Lever until it clicks
and then return the Locking Lever to
its upward position until it snaps into place.
The mount is now installed on the receiver.
To un-install, follow Step 1 to un-lock
the claws before removing the mount from
the rifle.

This claw mount comes pre-installed
with a Picatinny rail ready for any
Picatinny application. To use the mount
for STANAG applications, remove the
top rail by unscrewing the 2 Locking
Screws from its underside using a
flathead screwdriver. Re-use
the Locking Screws to install
a STANAG device, such as a scope,
on the claw mount.
