WIRELESS SCREEN POINTER
Co n n e c t the USB dongle to operate the on screen pointer, a virt ual mouse, which you can use to navigate by simply pointing your remote at your TV screen. Pl ease r emember t o pr ess t he RF/ I R b ut t o n on your remote control to swap between remote cont r ol and screen point er modes.

- Co n n e c t t h e n e t w o r k c a b l e t o t h e Media Player and your Modem/Router.
- In most cases your Modem/Router will automatically assign net work set ti ngs t o your media player and display the screen below. Then click OK. If not , you may have to:
-Tur n on an d l o gi n i nt o you r M o de m/ Rou t er t o en sur e an I P a ddr ess can b e aut omatically assigned t o your Media Player (DHCP (Dynami c Host Conf iguration Pr o t o c o l must be enabled)
- Aft er connect ion has been successful the below screen will be displayed, showing IP, Net mask, Gateway and DNS. Then click OK.

Not e: If the wireless network is not encrypted, you can connect to it directly. If the network is encrypted, select the Wi-Fi n a m e t o po p up t h e w i n d ow f o r pa ssw o r d , p r ess OK on the remote control and call out the soft keypad on the screen, enter the password, sel ect “Next” on the keypad or press the Return key on the remote control to hide the keypad, and then sel ect “ Connect ” t o connect t o i t. (Not e: t o h ide t he keypad on t he TV box, press the Return key on the remote control.)
- To forget a WIFI connect ion, select it and press the Right butt on on the remote control.

If your screen pointer does not line up accurately on your TV screen you may need to calibr at e your device. In t his case cent er t he pointer (cursor) i n t he middle of your scr een. Press t he cal ibr at io n but t on which wi ll t ur n t he po int er of f and st op it from moving. Align and point your screen point er (device) over t he top of the point er cursor on the screen again and press the pointer button again on your remote to complete the calibr at ion.

My remote control is not working. Why?
Make sure the batteries are installed cor rect ly. Try a different set of bat t eries.

The new app I i n st al l ed t akes a lo ng t i m e t o open. Is this normal?
News Apps may need a lit t le mor e t ime t o set up w hen first installed. If your app takes a little longer than usual to start, try closing the app and reopening it in a few mins. In most cases this will allow the app to setup in the background and to open correctly.
I cannot connect wit h my WiFi network
