Thank you for purchasing the finest real-time GPS recording unit on
the market. This unit incorporates an inclusive GPS and cellular
module capable of transmitting position data as fast as once every
10 seconds. There are two data plans to choose from at the time of
activation. These include 5 minute or 10 second tracking. Please
refer to the data plan section for more details. Tracking positions
will be displayed using Google Earth®. Please refer to the Google
Earth® Instructions section for installation instructions.

IMPORT ANT INFORMA TION!!!

This tracking device is considered water-resistant, NOT
waterproof. If the intended use is outside the vehicle, we strongly
recommend purchasing the optional waterproof, magnetically
mountable enclosure. Water spray at high speeds can penetrate
the device and cause failure. Water damage is not covered under
the warranty and repairs require sending the device back to the
manufacturer. Cost for time and materials will apply. In addition,
we use a powerful magnet on the optional enclosure to provide
secure mounting. However, mounting this device under a vehicle
exposes the unit to road hazards. Because of this, lost units are
not covered under the warranty. Warranty information can be

violation of local, county, state, or federal statutes. GPS tracking may be illegal in
certain states. In no way, will LandAirSea, its subsidiaries or partners be held
responsible for inappropriate use of these products.

This LED will flash once every ten (10) seconds when Victoria is in an
active (awake) status

GPS LED will flash once every two (2) seconds when locked onto GPS
and when Victoria is in an active (awake) status.

LED will flash when charging and in low battery condition.

Note: There is no on/off switch on the Victoria. After 2 minutes, your device will go into a low
power sleep mode. If not deployed, be sure the device is not disturbed to avoid unnecessary
battery drainage.

Victoria Features

Note: The Victoria unit is shipped with a battery contact protection
strip. You will need to remove this sticker to power the device. The
belt clip will need to be removed to get to the battery compartment.
Simply lift up the clip tab and slide the clip up at the same time.
Remove the battery from the compartment, peel off the sticker, and
reinstall. Close the battery compartment and replace the belt clip.
The device will be ready for use.

If you choose to purchase the extended battery with waterproof case, you will
follow the same instructions above. The lithium extended battery pack has a
device connector that fits into the battery compartment to replace the existing
lithium battery.
