Easily integrated into any work environment, the new multitalented TASKalfa 300i will efficiently handle
all demands set by your workgroup or department. Regardless of whether it is being used as a copier,
network printer, full-colour scanner or, optionally, as a fax, the entire range of functions are easily and
quickly accessible through the intuitive command structure on the colour touch-screen control panel. Ample
performance is provided through an output of 30 pages per minute and a document processor that scans
at up to 50 images per minute in monochrome and 15 in colour. Capable of holding up to 2,200 sheets, the
TASKalfa has enough reser ves to handle very large workloads. With security features that meet the highest
standards to protect all of your work, the TASKalfa 300i is the perfect network device for any workgroup.

HyPAS™ combines Java-based programming with web service technology so that these multifunctionals
can work efficiently with applications embedded within the device or with applications hosted on an external
web server. This makes it much easier to optimise workflows by customising the control panel and making
these devices an integral part of automated, organisation-specific processes. Security options and structures,
document routing processes, accounting functions and other document management options can all be
altered to support your organisation’s processes and demands.
