本製品 6281 シリーズコネクタは、市場における機器の小型化や高密度実装の要求に基づき開発された、

0.3mm ピッチ、高さ 1.25mm、ワンタッチロックタイプの FPC
本コネクタは製品の大きさが非 常に小さいため、取り扱いには注意が必 要です。 ここで、6281 シリーズ
コネクタの取り扱い上の注意点について記載します。
Series 6281 connector is a one-touch locking type (bottom contact type) connector with 0.3mm-pitch
and 1.25mm height designed for FPC
and high density package in equipment.
Care should be taken when handling this connector. This manual describes cautions in handling series 6281.

基板搭載は基本的に実装機 にて行って下さい。 補修などで手のせをする場合は、コンタクトテールに
触れないようご注意下さい。
Ba sically connectors shall be mounted by th e mounting machine. In case of manual mou nting ,
do not touch contact tails.

(1) スライダーを下図の様に上げてロックを解除させて下さい。 スライダーはインシュレータ側へ押し込まず、
真上にあげる様に操作して下さい。
スライダーは、解除状態で上方へ約 125
ありますのでご注意下さい。 また、開きすぎにも注意して下さい。
Open the slider to unlock completely as shown below. Try to push up the slider vertically when opening it,
never push it into insulator side.
The slider opens up to approximately 125

(2) FPC／FFC を下図 のように垂 直 に挿 入 して下 さい。 FPC／FFC は、導 体面 （接 触 面）を下 にし、
コネクタのカードスロットに突き当 たるまでしっかりと挿 入 して下 さい。

納入時は、エンボステープ仕様でコンタクトテール及び金具は保護されていますが、投げたり、大きな衝撃を
加えたりしないようご注意下さい。
Do not throw products or apply large shock to them, though contact tails and anchor plate are protected
in the embossed tape when delivered.
5. 製品の保管及び管理 STORAGE MANAGEMENT
製品は、常温、常湿、塵の無い環境下で保管して下さい。
コネクタをエンボステープから取り出した状態（バラ状 態 ）で保 管 する場合、コンタクトテール及び金 具 に
外力が加わらないようご注意下さい。
Store connectors under normal temperature, normal humidity and no dust condition.
