1. 概要 OUTLINE
本製品 6210/6212 シリーズコネクタは、0.5mm ピッチの FPC／FFC 用コネクタです。
本コネクタの取り扱いには注意が必要です。 ここで、6210/6212 シリーズコネクタの取り扱い上の注意点に
ついて記載します。

Series 6210/6212 connector is an FPC
Care should be taken when handling the connector. This manual describes cautions in handling Series
6210/6212.
FFC connector. The connector realizes 0.5mm pitch.

基板搭載は基本的に実装機にて行ってください。 補修などで手のせをする場合は、コンタクトテールに
触れないようご注意ください。
Ba sically connectors shall be mounted with the mounting machine. I n the ca se of manual
mounting, do not touch contact tails .

(1) スライダを下 図のようにスライドさせて、ロックを解除させてください。 その際、スライダ操作はスライ
ダ両端にて行ってください。 また、スライダは、完全に開かないと FPC
ますのでご注意ください。

(2) FPC／FFC を下 図のように垂 直 に挿 入 してください。 FPC／FFC は、導 体 面（接 触 面）を下図 に
示す向きにし、コネクタのカードスロットに突き当たるまでしっかりと挿入してください。

(3) 挿 入 し た F P C／F F C が 斜 め に な って いな い か確 認 し た 上 、ス ライ ダ をス ライ ドさ せ て 、
ロックさせてください。 その際、スライダ操作はスライダ両端にて行なってください。またコネクタが剥
離する恐れがある為、下図の方向に力を加えないようご注意ください。

Make sure that the FPC
shall be done by holding both side ends of the slider. Also, in order to avoid the connector from peeling
off, pay attention not to apply the force to directions shown below.
FFC is not inserted obliquely and close the slider to lock. The slider operation

4. その他の注意事項 OTHER CAUTIONS
納入時は、エンボステープ仕様でコンタクトテール及び金具は保護されていますが、投げたり、大きな衝撃を
加えたりしないようご注意ください。
Do not throw products or apply a great shock to them, though contact tails and anchor plates are protected
in the embossed tape when delivered.
5. 製品の保管及び管理 STORAGE MANAGEMENT
製品は、常温、常湿、塵の無い環境下で保管してください。

外力が加わらないようご注意ください。
